- Just a test to play bagpipes along with a karaoke song taken from RUclips, so just a quick shot.
Karaoke and pipes (recorded with Zoom H1) mixed with Audacity SW, quite easy (I did it the VERY FIRST ! time).
This recording is of course not perfect, but could be a nice alternative for training and even performace, if you don't have your personal orchestra available ;-)
Pictures taken from my personal album (Trip to Scotland with our pipe band to the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo, travel through the country with camping car, nice gigs, some with the German group "Bläck Fööss")...

I'm so happy this is actually a thing! We're playing Dungeons and Dragons and a party member made a joke about playing Can You Feel The Love Tonight on their bagpipes, so I came on to see if it was a thing and it's a thing and its like really cool

Awesome, in fact I have 6 Characters I created to play if I ever had the opportunity.
Anyway, one of them is a Drow Feylost Death Domain Cleric sworn to the Raven Queen and being Feylost includes being able to play an instrument and I chose Bagpipes!

I have a lot of stuff like this, going well as koraoke tunes, just for fun ;-)
Perhaps, when I have some time, I will write some down.

Very nice, would you mind me using this song for a wedding video? They had a similar version played by a real bagpiper at the wedding, I recorded it live but it isn't as nice as your version. Cheers!

Hi Martin....i can see from your previous comments that you do not have sheet music for this piece. I wonder if you do now....my brother is getting married in November and dad and his friend gary are playing the pipes. They are accomplished pipers....Gary plays with Buchan Peterson.....i wondered if you could point them in the right direction of the notes etc??? Would be absolutley perfect at the wedding!! P.s love this on the bagpipes and you make it sound like a normal pipe tune rather than a karaoke tune!!
Fredolin, I recently had a request for this song. Any chance you may have written the notes down on a music sheet? If so, can I obtain it? I'm not one to be able to listen to a piece of music and just play it. I wish I had your talent for that! At any rate, I'd appreciate it if you'd get back to me on this. Thanks!

Sorry, the answer was not posted, my fault...
You can find the backing track as karaoke or instrumental versin on RUclips. I use audio pitch and shift and audacity to change the track for the pipes. If you send me your email adress I can send you the backing track I use for the pipes;-)
