that's about $80 to fill up here in LA.. 500 miles is great. i'm currently getting 250 miles for $20 of charge.. so coming out better than hybrid.. i was curious and thinking of switching to hybrid
I have this Prius and there’s no way that it gets 66 mpg. I drive it very conservatively and I get 49.6 mpg which is still lower than the claimed 52 mpg.
Prius is gorgeous.. $43,000 Canadian I put a deposit on the 2024 Corolla Hybrid SE AWD. $35,000 Canadian I wonder if I should have chosen the 2024 Corolla Hybrid LE AWD $33,000 Canadian I could have saved $2,160 when comparing SE VS LE MSRP. Too bad I'm not flush with cash. If I were - I'd splurge for the Prius with .5L/100km better fuel efficiency.
I have a Corolla hybrid that consumes 3.6 liters / 100km 😂 so why bother spend 15 000 US $ more ??? 😮 By the way...in Europe, Prius phev cost 44 000 € and Corolla Hyb cost "only" 31 000 € . And 1 € is biger than 1 US $ 😢
The way car prices are right now it's best to keep what you have, especially with the fuel economy you already get. Really to me what makes a newer car most worthwhile would be better crash ratings
Such a good looking car. Toyota really nailed this design.
I want this yellow color but can't get it in the US!
Get a wrap lok
same I like that color as well, wish it was in the US. how do you have an mph speed display with a km/h display as well? 1:31
I like your videos👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻! I would like to see the new Gran Highlander hybrid
66 mpg? That’s great
شكرا لك تحيه لك من اليمن
Not bad in reality. A bit surprised Prius do the same mpg as my son's 2017 Hyundai diesel 1.7 CRi with over 80k mileage.😂

$80 to fill up in LA? How much is fuel there? At $5/gal, it's only $52 to fill from absolute empty.
@@User.Joshua at the time of my comment, gas was between $7 - $8, now it's down to $4.50 - $5, so would be close to $50 to fill up
where do you live that gas was $8 2 months ago lol. I live in LA too
@@BrianErwin
@@surviver5738 in the southbay, we hit $7. i saw $8 at a few spots in van nuys, and near the grove
@@surviver5738I live in the SF Bay Area and I have never ever seen $8 per gallon. Even in San Francisco.
How much did your custom paint cost?
Does premium gas effect a Toyota Prius?
It should I was about to comment I never put 87 in my old model Camry I wouldn’t dare put 87 in a 2023 car
i started pitting 91 instead of 87 on my prius 2020 (awd)@@eddiegx2
no it just keeps the engine clean. toyota says put 87 and you are allowed to put 91 or 93
@@eddiegx2 you are wasting money. do a little bit of research on octane and only use 89, 91 or 93 when the car requires it.
@@randomfootages9120 also false, higher octane gas than required by itself does not keep the engine clean, if anything it causes more pollution
How did you get a yellow one? I have a silver one I know all the colors I didn’t yellow I wouldn’t get it for a daily but it’s a very nice color.
Any yellow XSEs in the Toronto area?

Wow almost 700 miles , range ! 😮
How did you get one in yellow?
Canada has yellow but the US doesn’t.
canada xle ltd
less efficient than the 4th gen prius?
In fact it's more efficient than 4th gen.
The performance of this new gen Prius is worth a slight loss of efficiency.
I have same Toyota Prius 2024 hybrid
100 km 5 liters the range is 5/1 kilometers 100
It’s Canada market that’s why they get the yellow
A good video right up UNTIL that stupid AI voice started narrating.

The prius has 42% more hp, thus it's already a win when its mpg is as low as your corolla.
