  • We bought a ROBOROCK Q7 MAX which is an automated domestic floor cleaner which sweeps the floor and mops. In between cleans it needs to have the water thank filled, the debris removed from the previous clean and the mop cloth changed.
    As Sarah is going away for a few days she is explaining to me how to prepare it between cleans. Sarah has the app on her phone and all I have to do is tell her when to start it.
    It is best to move things out of its way such as chairs and cables so that it can clean the maximum amount of floor possible. It is a bit noisy so it is best to run it when you go out.
    We have had the ROBOROCK Q7 MAX for 6 weeks and we are very happy so far.
    CONS:
    It doesn't go over mats very well and it gets stuck on the bottom part of a POANG IKEA chair. It is a bit noisy.
    PROS: The app is easy to use. It actually cleans the floor quite well.

    Loved the video. Clarified a lot how to use the mop feature. Loved the plants and how spontaneous the video was put together, had a couple of laughs at the end. Bless you both.

    This is actually the best video I’ve watched on this machine. I’m about to start mopping for the first time and about to test the no mop zone!

      You can just use water if you want. Yes, you can experiment with different products.

    Thanks for this video. I got some good tips. Does the red brush come out of the robot by itself while cleaning? Mine keeps coming out and I have to walk behind it to put it back in place😩

    • @sarahbrenchley6078
      @sarahbrenchley6078 Год назад +1

      No, it never comes out and nor should it. You should put the red roller in place and then replace the black piece that keeps it in place. It is important to make the that the 4 arrows line up correctly on the black piece with the machine and that the two clips on the other side engage correctly with the machine. That keeps the black piece in place and stops the red roller from falling out. See approx. min 6.07 of the video to see what I mean. Sarah.

      I do clip it properly but still the brush comes out very often . I will ring the customer care to check if it’s a defective piece, sounds like that . I bought mine in April so fairly new and I shouldn’t have this problem . Thanks for your help.

    how frequently do you clean the dust container ? daily or weekly ? thanks

    • @granadainfo24
      @granadainfo24  Год назад +4

      Clean it after every use. It take 2 minutes. Put a clean mop cloth remove the dust container and it is ready to go.

    Does the mop attachment need to be on the robot if you’re only using it for the vacuum purpose?

    • @sarahbrenchley6078
      @sarahbrenchley6078 5 месяцев назад

      You don't need to attach the semicircular mop attachment for it to work and you can also turn off the water so that you can use it on carpets.

    This was great but made me appreciate a mop & bucket more.
    A simple empty of water toss on lawn or down drain, and hang mop up on gence to dry until next time. 😊
    Then just grab mop of fence, refill bucket with water and ready to excercise your arms again 😅

      Yes, but this does the sweeping before you mop for you as well and gets under cupboards and into corners and reaches areas which are normally inaccessible. All in all, it does a more thorough clean.

    Can’t that dude stop breathing ??!!!!! 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️

      When I was a child I would say "sorry for breathing" to my mother as an exaggerated response when she spoke to me in an unreasonably critical or rude way, for example. "If you're going to get in my way, John, could you just leave the kitchen?" "Oh, pardon me for breathing! I would reply" Little did I know that one day I was actually going apologize for actually breathing. I'm very sorry that my breathing ruined your enjoyment of the video I will try holding my breath in the future!
