Sorry for the very late reply. I used the popular japanese osmotic flow technique herr as this double stainless metal filter is supposef to be a replacement for the woodneck (nel) dripper and the japanes always use osmotic flow technique on the woodneck dripper.
How did you get this result? We have brewed with it for weeks but always have challenges with clogging.
maybe give the coffe bed a crater/valley then pour , with off boil water

Shouldnt tetsu’s method had a courser grind? Which may resolve clogging issue?
