I love one direction AND the Vamps, they're both amazing and I wish people would stop comparing bands and just enjoy

Half the comments on this are One direction fans complaining it 'doesn't sound the same'.
First of all it's a cover so it doesn't need to be identical to the original. If they did do it exactly the same then the boys would get hate comments saying their copying 1D(when clearly there not but that's what 'directioners' say any way).
Secondly, the vamps play their OWN instruments their self and this is more of an acoustic version so it's obviously going to sound different!
Yeah that's it I just wanted to set the differences straight...

I'm a directioner, and it does sound a little odd to me because I'm so used to the one direction version. But it's not supposed to sound the same. The vamps aren't one direction, so they aren't going to sound like one direction. They're going to sound like the vamps. And they sound good. People who say "it doesn't sound the same" are stupid.

Why are you guys even comparing One Direction and The Vamps? They're both amazing in their own ways. Put aside all the drugs, because who cares who done what. One Direction is still able to please thousands of people all over the world, no matter if people on social media are talking about them. That shouldn't matter anyways. If you like someone, then you should like them even if they are "fading" or going "downhill". And as for The Vamps, you have to give them time. They have enough talent and passion to make it big. But it's not going to happen instantly. Now, instead of arguing about who is better or worse, why don't you guys listen and enjoy the music, or go find some music that you would enjoy and please stop being annoying..

I know that this is 6 years ago but, I'm really hoping, looking forward and wishing for THE VAMPS AND ONE DIRECTION'S collaboration.😣❤️
For those of you saying they're a copy of 1D - they're not. The band is arranged differently, they have a lead singer, a bassist, a guitarist and a drummer. Whilst 1D do play instruments, they usually have a separate band to do that for them - and they're all singing usually. This band also has a bit more ''rock'' to them whereas 1D don't really have much of that. They also formed the band independently, whereas 1D went through x-factor. Not saying they're better, and I'm not saying 1D are better either. They're two different bands :-)
