I used to think everybody went broke during the Great Depression and other major crashes but they didn’t… Some made millions, I also thought everybody went out of business during these times but they didn’t, some went into business, there's always depression/recession for some people and there's always a good time for others, it's all about perspective.

The issue is people always have the “I’ll have to do it myself mentality” Unapologetically, that’s why the get heavily affected during a crash and coupled with the fact we’ve had the longest bullrun ever in the American history, most folks aren’t equipped to manaqe this crash and it’s impending opportunltles well enough, so it only makes sense to seek proper guidance during these times, that’s what lnvestment-advlsers are for, been using one ever since the pandemc 2020 and I’ve been barely affected by crash, I have $850k in profit sitting in my portfolio and I’m unbothered about the market outcomes.

You don't need special skills to know that a recession is coming this time b/c of how much runway there is towards it. Its the pandemic impact when people were spending their stimulus checks on boob jobs and homes. The spending was further driven on the freeze on student loan payments. This kicked up inflation. The fed started jacking up rates. Employment was staying strong so people were still spending and putting things on credit. These are all warning signs that you could see in advance b/c they're slowly happening over several years. If people still think a recession isn't coming they're delusional. At some point the balloon is gonna pop b/c this set of economic conditions is not sustainable long term and you're getting glimpses of this in flashes (ie. regional banks failing.)...

Companies provide protected earnings for next year. So you calculate the PE ratio using todays prices and divide by next years earnings.
If you use Today’s prices and divide by projected 2025 earnings, stocks look much cheaper. That’s his point.
Overall things always look expensive in the moment. But when you compare today’s stock price compared to their future earnings, they are cheap.
This is why good investors buy ETFs monthly and don’t worry about todays prices.

A recession will slow down home building as well. I'm so sick of listening to construction sounds and these huge trucks used for building homes. They drive as slow as they can, to take as much time just driving back and forth getting supplies, jamming up our back roads. A recession is exactly what's needed. Bring it on. They keep saying we will have a recession, yet unemployment at its lowest. Things are way too crazy/busy out.
