It actually works out for me really well because I work nights so the live broadcasts start right after my lunch break starts and ends about an hourish before the end of my shift. There were only a few times I couldn't listen to it live either because my signal sucked or I got off early that week and decided to watch it Friday instead of possibly stopping partway through. But it is a nice thing to look forward to at the end of the work week.

they're from all work no play, the entire series on the cr channel is definitely worth the time and the laughs but the episode i used most is the goat yoga one. if you search 'all work no play goat yoga' you should be able to find the ep!
