Listen to my new project Unknown Realities: / rebirth
In this tutorial I'm going through making post apocalyptic dubstep, dark, evolving, deadly sounds and super hard hitting drops. I'm gonna show you two projects and fully guide you through sound design of sounds, song structure and arrangement. We're gonna discuss what gives a track tension, how to make things transition well and sound good together.
the secret sauce : two clicks and its perfect

5:18 Here's Peter Having A Heart Attack guys.😂😂
LMAOOOO
Sounds like every song off of VR's Save Yourself EP lol
Nope....its more deathstep than Riddim
@@nebroskitheraut6705 No wait the guy’s right, it all sounds from the Save Yourself EP. Listen to songs like “Save Yourself” and “GOAT” for reference.
Yes, that's right, I've been referencing with Save Yourself track, so the song structure and some other elements inspired by VR sound fairly similar to his EP 😁
@@Oversampled guess i'm wrong if the man himself said so...lol
I'll stand my ground with the part A of the drop being Death step tho haha
Yoo this sounds so cool! Damn dude we need a full dubstep album from you! ;D

Oversampled you are one of my favorite producers on here, I love your tutorials, I don't make EDM but I make rap/trap beats and your tutorials and techniques are still killing in my genere, and I appreciate your info man ! Keep it going !!
Keep it up man your tutorials really helped me in my production!!! Ever since stumbling on your video for future bass layering I've learned alot and implemented it in my own songs!!!

Understandable. Have a great day
That bass is awesome, sounds like badass 80s feeling
Actually was lookin' for this genre

i fucked up and was listening on my way home from the store, you know osmosis, my car turned into night rider and inspired the next mad max movie. Thank for the track @oversampled its a huge help!
This was exactly what i was looking for
Glad to hear that!
Yeowzers
So interesting tips! Thanks for sharing
Would you mind making a tutorial on the bass in the drop?
Cool
How did you make those crazy basses... Those are lit!!!!
This is the first time i saw your vids and ngl,you look like dylan tallchief but with less thick eyebrows and combined with idubzz
That drumbeat around 11:00 is hot.
hey brother .... help me with something if ... when I add some kick / snare / etc, to my ableton .. damn suens .. I have to add my master to make it sound good, is it normal ?? Why do I see others not adding master only the OZONE and it sounds good? Can you help me please Greetings from Guatemala !!
Can you tell me how to make this 11:38 sound please
This track fucks
Holy shit
You didn’t break down how you made the bass, or how you made the variation of it
This sounds very cool, but I would add more stereo to the basses in the drop (ozone imager usually works wonders and is mono-compatible). The drop sounds a bit weak at the moment because the basses are so centered in the stereo-field, while the whole verse is so wide in contrast.
Good feedback 🙏
I mean it does sound really good when going from stereo to mostly mono but that is reserved for the verse, for the drop it should go more mono towards the end of the buildup then open back up for the drop I think
@@equaius893 I completely agree
Make a glitchhop style too 🙏
What is the scale of track? (dope intro)
Dminor I suppose
VSF VC É MUITO FODA
there a too many epic moments in 2020... I consider this 5:18 my favorite
Gasp
If hardcore have brutal deathcore ,in electro we call it a kinky naughty dubstep
Hey Peter, I'm trying to get some Secret Sauce of my own, but can't find where to buy it. Can you please help?
It's called now The Drip, look for Kyle Beats
Its got rave/edm/uplifting vibe, couldn't find that apocalypse vibe man! Honestly speaking, Whats that moving edm arp doing in an apocalypse?
I guess it's avoiding meteors like everyone when it's apocalypse lmao
@@Oversampled I really liked your music but personally I would go for a more slower version and a *lost hope* type of vibe, but if thats what you were going for then I highly appreciate it💙
those texture modes you use for resampling stuff, how can this be done in fl studio? does anyone know?
Try using granulator
@@Oversampled alrighty 🙏🏼 thanks
on a sidenote, if you haven't already you should definitely check out phonon's polyriddim
ew
@@arposcl3music903 no u
damn bro
1:58 probably has to be my favorite bit of the track. Something about the ominous feel of that plucky synth.
How long does it usually take you to complete a track? -Without mastering
0:45. It took me this long to realize it didn’t say “evolving potato sections”.
Also I can't believe you have KyleBeats drip plugin lol
Yes, one of the best plugins!
How do you have a blue ableton skin?!
Where can I purchase the project files?
hey man could you do a melodic riddim tutorial? (like ace aura/chime style). would be so sick to see from you :)
Good idea!
@@Oversampled we need it now
I want your ableton template first!
Could you consider making a tutorial on those war drums? I would love to learn the in and outs of those!
Usually you download them as samples
Yeah, just get some samples and arrange them. Check out some orchestral songs that have war drums and listen to what rhythm they have
Is it a repost ? Through the whole video I felt like I've seen it already 🤔
ruclips.net/video/oZlxaDG-Qkc/видео.html
What is an ableton skin?
5:18
Colour bass tutorial pls
You should make a San Holo tutorial.
damn bruh
What genre is heklers dubstep?
So. Do these dudes dye their hair? Or does it just change to a random colour once you’ve became powerful enough.
