Good catch! Only this is a supply pumper. Oh sure, the Engineer drove over his intake hose, but it's soft suction anyways. He didn't have a hydrant to begin with because he was in the middle of a cornfield, and since he's not a relay pumper or the attack pumper the only thing he can do is draft water from a source, like the cistern he's parked in front of. This pumper isn't going to intake from the Officer's side 6" intake through the soft yellow hose.
