He has what i call that "Texas Style Boxing" of all the amateurs and pros ive seen in my area of texas as well as the DFW area,they all have very good basics, nothing fancy like the philly fighters but very strong punching power. Kinda like in the gym im from we've always been taught to throw that first jab that lands stiff to get our opponents to respect our jab and be even more worried about the punch that comes behind it.

Algeri threw more punches and more power punches per round against Pacquiao than he did against Spence up until the 9th round of the Pacquiao fight, in the 9th round Algeri went into survival mode and stopped throwing punches. Difference is with Spence he didn't make it to the 9th round.
