So many of the staff in this film have sadly now passed away but, and this is important they passed the knowledge of how to keep it going on to me and others R.I.P John, Jack, Colin, Brian, Bob, Tony
A quality, time-honored service.
Amazing. Makes me wish I'd moved to the Isle of Man
A lovely programme that brings back happy memories of two holidays spent on the I.O.M. in the 1960s when, much to the despair of my parents, I spent most of the time riding on the steam railway thanks to a week's rover ticket. If I caught the first train out of Port Erin, where we stayed, I could get to Ramsey and back in the day! I remember the kindness of the engine crews who would occasionally allow me on the footplate.
The Isle of Man was my most favorite place to visit in the British Isles, and the Isle of Man Railway was my most favorite railway to see with my own eyes! @2:10
Haven’t seen this since I was a child.
Next year I plan to see the real thing!
...and did you?
Superb, like the rest of the series - thank you
I think this is amazing

The Train Now Departing - EP 4 Steam on the Isle of Man (1988)
A Celtic/Viking island small enough to be based on human values instead of those of the Undeveloped Personalities (Psychopaths). The Psychopaths are the burden not infrastructure that creates and fosters wealth
Strange comment.
...what?
Stopped watching at the nonsense expression "most unique". Why don't people think before opening their mouths?
Nicole K I think you’re literally the only person who cares
And you felt the need to publicly address this why, exactly?
