Without music distribution
At Routenote can music be distributed only to youtube music, without the content id function? ✌️ I have many collaborators who use my music in videos and I don't want to monetize through contend id, only youtube music + all the other available stores I want. it's possible?

Yes, when creating your release please select RUclips Music, and not RUclips. Selecting RUclips would send your release to RUclips's Content ID system.
By selecting RUclips Music as a store your release will be added to the RUclips Music library and create an automatically generated topic channel on the standard RUclips platform.

In general, Spotify tends to be one of the quicker stores for release availability and usually has your music live within 48 hours of your release being approved. However, this is not guaranteed and your release may become live on each store at any point within 2 - 14 days of approval.

hey, I already have an existing Spotify and RUclips account. How can I connect my routenote account to those other accounts so that my tracks will be released there?
Hey,
It's now possible to select your existing Spotify artist page, or a new Spotify artist page, when creating your release. You should be able to select your desired page (or click 'None of these artists' for a new page) from the drop-down menu when typing your artist name.
Currently, it's not possible to choose where your release lands on other platforms, however once your artist page is established, your release should be directed to that artist page.

I'm trying to upload a song and when I upload the audio it says "sample rate is too High" how do I prevent this from happening?
Hey,
Audio must be formatted in stereo as a FLAC or MP3 file. This must be at 320kbps/16 bit and the sample rate should be 44.1kHz.

Can we distribute lofi or slowed reverb songs ? 😳
Hey,
Yes you can distribute lofi songs through RouteNote! To create a release, sign in to your RouteNote account, click on the 'Distribution' tab on the left, and then click 'Create New Release'. You will then be able to upload audio and artwork, insert metadata and choose your stores and territories.
Your release will then be sent to the moderation team for review before your release is sent to your chosen stores.

I submitted a track which was totally my own. I am the singer, composer. It was a song in the language Bengali, and it didn't contain anything that could even remotely be categorised as hate speech still it got rejected without any specific explanation. I don't understand what happened. If somebody knowledgeable from RN team could talk to me about it that would be great. I really am asking this to avoid any future issues. What can I do to improve my chances of acceptance? Don't give me the generic stuff please.

Everytime i try to distrubute it says "Oops! You have uploaded a Single release but your Album Title Version and Track Title Versions are not the same. Please edit your release so that they match as per our Style Guide."
The album and track metadata on a single track release must match exactly. Please make sure your Album Title Version and Track Title Versions match.
Will you distribute other languages?

We've recently made some amendments to the site which may have caused cached versions to interfere with your dashboard. Have you tried clearing your cache and browsing history? Please also delete the site cookies, or try using an incognito/private window.

Trying to distribute my song Kurt. Super nervous lol because it’s one of those rock songs that feature some colourful lyrics. Nothing racist or sexist but ik how ppl go when it comes to stuff like self harm and such. It’s a song rooted in my own pain inspired buy one of my favourite artists.

It’s a shame that you won’t approve my ambient tracks to RUclips, Facebook/Instagram, Tim Tok when other distributors are not having this issue.
Go to other distribution services. Don’t waste our time to read your comments. We’ve been using RN for 5 years now and they are the ones for this.
