uhm... there is? there is a show called tessa and scott ? where you can actually see that their relationship is nothing but business. They are just very good at acting, every line on every interview is scripted guys. There is a reason why tv shows prolong the will they/won't they tension... because it works, and so it does for T&S. Also Scott is a weird dude, Tessa can do better. XD
@@TianaT4 I agree I saw this show however they were completely different on the ice. Anybody who has had a true relationship where two people really are in love can see from their videos that their chemistry was real in the beginning when they were young maybe not so much but as time went on especially around 2015 -2018 things were hot and heavy they were definitely not acting even the comentators during their performances would say that their chemistry is so evident and that is why they were loved because fans could feel their chemistry. Platonice friends do not have this hot chemistry with each other. Yes, they did train to be good actors but with T and S it went further it was real. Yes, they were marketed to a point to sell their Virtue and Moir Brand and Partnership which all skaters are marketed but I feel when it came to their personal life the marketing stopped. Water the other skaters who are really platonic friends they do not hug kiss they are not as intimate with each other they don't look at each other endearing nor do the whisper to each other before and after performances it is just so blaring how much they love each other. I am confused as to why you referred to S as being weird. If you watch their interviews, T sounded the same she gave the same "pat" answers for sure she sound rehearsed and scripted but to me S seemed real he seemed to just talk from his heart not so scripted. I feel T and S made up their answers so they would not give it away to the fans that they were a couple because this would not keep the mystery that surrounded them going. They had to keep the tension as to their being or not being a couple going so fans would stay interested however in a couple of interviews one being the "game they played "Married Couples Game" and how much they know about each other a question was "which one of you sleeps in late in the morning" and the answer was "Tessa" they both answered "Tessa" then S said "Tessa always is so restless when she sleeps" Tessa gave him a very bad look so S quickly said "I read". This is on You tube if you want to have a look at it. So that was a dead giveaway that they were together as a couple because how would he know if she sleeps restless if their were not sleeping together at some point. He did this on several interviews so I think T was afraid they would be found out and fans woul lose interest in their ongoing "saga" "are they or are they not". I feel they rehearsed their answers which were always the same. Can you elaborate a little more on why you feel S is weird and why Tessa deserves better?
@@customerservice6796 Well now we do know the answer to our question... All they really were IS just business partners. Skating is done and they no longer talk to each other or see each other. And I said Scott is weird because... well in the tv show he never seemed to come to Tess about his problems even when they were related to skating. Then another thing was weird, he never introducing his gf of 8 months or so to Tessa... if they are so close, she would be the first he would tell about her. It's just in the way he deals with situations, there is something about him that makes me think Tessa really could have gone all the way with him but for some reason and boy I can't see it, he didn't go for it. I feel like they aren't together because of him. Any other guy would have killed to be on his spot.. And he does weird stuff like getting engaged to his ex partner who is recently divorced, yet he asked her to marry him so quickly. It's like he is trying to prove it to himself that he ain't into Tessa... Or he really isn't which.. again makes him weird.
It is impossible not to feel emotional and fascinated while watching them. they are literally like a fairy tale. Their trust, admiration, and love for each other are very rare in a relationship. Their will NEVER be ice dancers as perfect as Tessa & Scott. On the ice, they are a sheer mix of strength and love for their craft, which shows in each of their performances. I think it Is amazing how polarizing they are. It is hardly just Canada screaming on their feet after a Tessa & Scott ice dance, it is people from every country screaming, standing & clapping for the ice dance program they just witnessed, be it the short dance or the free dance! I totally agree and he is using this fiancee because he needs fuel to justify why he has gotten engaged and why he has left T. He will always love T always and she him no matter how he tries to forget her. They are forever soul mates and he needs to stop running and admit it before he get himself into a marriage that could turn into a disaster because the ghost of T will always be around him always. T and S will find each other again.
I wish they were really in love with each other, not as friends, but as soooo much more! They have been together For so many years, since they were under the age of 10, I think they will always care about each other, but I think they both want to meet other people and try dating them, while maintaining a healthy relationship with each other. I really wish I was wrong, but I don't think I am. Don't get me wrong, nothing would make me happier than for them to get married and have some Tessa and Scott babies, but I don't think that is in the cards for them, darn it!!!!!!!! I don't know if either one of them are in pain, but if they're not, I have enough for both of them. I just can't believe it's over, if it ever really began. That was so beautiful and poignant.
It began 22 years ago when a 6 year old little girl took the hand of a 8 year old little boy and said hi. They both admit that they were totally smitten with each other. They said in an interview that they were each other's first kiss they have said through 22 years that they love and care deeply about each other. S has said on many occasions that he can't imagine his life without T. She said the same about S. S has said "everyone needs a T in their life". S has said in a interview that his worst nightmare has always been not to let T down. They have admitted how deep and complicated their relationship is and that they would always be together. T has said " no matter what I love you", no matter we will make it. Even during the RTR Tour T said in the video presentation that "when she puts on skates she needs S." she also said in a couple of interviews that " she can't imagine herself skating with anyone else but S and that is a road she would never want to go down." These are their words this sounds like two people that can't live without each and don't ever want to. I call it true love, true desire. So what happened? What went horribly wrong? Why did S leave T and go to the arms of this fiancee who happens to be the woman who S says he was his first skate partner before T but turns out that S only skated with tis woman about 4 weeks before T joined the skate club where she was paired up with S as his partner by S's aunt. So why go to this rival of T"s why not some other woman that has no history with S or T. No one knew S was even dating this woman he kept it a secret they never appeared in public together she just appeared at the WOF Ceremony held at Ilderton for T and S and was announced as S's new fiance. S did not even tell T he was engaged. T found out from a friend who saw the announcement on social media and called T and told her. You would think the first person he would have told would have been T his skate partner for 22 years. They have been together longer than some marriages. They have been through couples counseling and marriage counseling together I would think by now they would have had it figured out. T has no choice but to move on. S ended their partnership/relationship/friendship when he got engaged. T was blindsided so she has moved on she has not other choice very hurt deeply hurt. T is a classy woman and would never do anything to hurt S or even try to come between him and this woman. T would rather move on with a broken heart than to hurt S in any way. It is unbelievable that the fairy tale love story of the century and for 22 years has ended so sad. Heart breaking.
Just read your remarks. Tessa is in pain but I feel S is incapable of pain. It is over because S kicked T to the curb and got engaged. He ended their partnership and friendship. T who stood by him and skated her heart out to help him win the Gold and he just dumped her. There are people that say he did not dump T well what do you call when he never told her he was engaged she found out because a friend saw it on social media and called T and told her about it. I call this disgusting and heartless. He crushed his best friend and T has to be devastated. This woman he is engaged to is going to do a real number on him. She left her husband of 10 years for S and when she gets tired of his abusive personality she will kick him to the curb and I don't feel sorry for him it is coming. I just can’t see them without each other as life-partners. Dating either one would be so hard because their bond with each other is just so strong. His fiancé must be very secure or seriously in denial. I also think that it’s one thing to say that they are, “Just Friends” when they get to spend hours & hours per day together. However, when they stop training together, there will be 2 enormous gaps in their lives. One is skating & the other is each other. They might find themselves missing each other more than they could have ever predicted. Also, he’s had a serious girlfriend for years, so Tessa might be hiding her love for him because she feels she has to. I think he will find himself missing her so much that it might wear on his romantic relationship. I know that they say that they are “Playing a Role,” or “Acting” as if they are in love for the story in the choreography, but the love between them looks so very real! Are we all so wrong???

They basically have a marriage with each other of more than 20 years of history. The most important moments of their lives have been side to side. And I just want to point out that Scott didn't personally told tessa about the engagement, she found out for the gossip on social media and had to call him to confirm so... Why was that? Was tessa not so important to be informed? But now we can only see what will happen :/. Maybe they will never get out of the denial 😢
Andrea ZM I meant to mention the fact that Scott didn’t tell Tessa about the engagement first, or even ask his ‘best-friend with excellent taste’ to help him pick out the ring. Also, do you remember the interview where they were asked to quickly state the colour of each other’s eyes? Tessa said, “Brown”, while Scott replied something like, “Green. A gorgeous green”. Words like that mean something! My other theory is, as they grew through through their partnership & friendship, there were times when they seemed, ‘closer’, or ‘more intimate’, than others. Have you seen their routine to “Jack & Diane”???? They seemed so very close & almost kissed. Their behaviour to each other has shifted back & forth throughout the years. I had a similar long-term friendship with my best male friend who wanted to be with me, but stupidly, I was not focused on that part of my life & ended up hurting him. All these years later, I desperately wish I’d have done the opposite. I hope they realize things before it’s too late.

I truly think that if he was 100% confident that he was doing the right thing, Tessa would have been involved. ALSO, do you remember Tessa saying something like, “Of all the things I pictured happening between Scott & me, this was never one of them”. I think that one statement said a ton. I feel like I know they love each other. Have you seen them do “Jack & Diane”??? They both look totally in love. I read both T and S had a big big fight S walk out and ended the friendship and partnership maybe S was in a hurry to marry another woman just to forget T I cried a river how could S do that to T throw away their 22+years just like that if I were T or S I'm going to miss our togetherness our laughters the holding hands the kiss on the cheek and hand the tight hugs the sweet embrace and their body was always like glued to each other too tight for 22+ years no one touches T body except S since T was 7 how could S throw away 22+ years togetherness they were so happy together excellent amazing unison footwork of their ice dancing the GOAT of ice dancing I guess you cannot have it all S you will never know her value until she becomes a memory I'm still crazy watching all their ice dancing videos

The joy I feel watching these two young people is indescribable! I feel their love. All one needs to do is watch them and you feel that feeling you knew when you first fell in love. I miss that!

I agree it would be a shame for this fairy tale love story to end so tragic. Who would have thought that S would ever hurt T but he did when he got engaged this is certainly a shock to all fans and I can't imagine how hurt T must be to have lost her best friend/her partner and the man she loves. Thanks for your beautiful collaborations of Tessa and Scott. No one can beat them in terms of elegance and gracefulness. I can't forget the following lines by Tessa "No matter what I love you, No matter what we will be together. " but only as a friend. Some fans are claiming Scott has a gf and it’s not Tessa. All I could think of is, must be tough for the girl because she has to always compete with Tessa and has to love Tessa as part of his life. When S got engaged he and T were interviewed for the RTR tour and S was asked about the engagement but he did not seem very excited at all about it he seemed more excited about he and T and the Tour and getting to skate together again. T was asked about how she felt and she said he called Scott to congratulate him. She said she envisioned her and S planning more tours and doing other SOI performances but now it won't happen there will be a wedding. I just cried when I saw this her heart is broken in a million pieces. He has crushed T. He has not choice but to end their partnership because the new wife would never allow him to interact with T on the ice with their hot chemistry never. T was looking forward to her and S being together I feel even in a future marriage so S just ruined everything. He has changed and I am so disappointed with him. Sad this woman divorced her husband of 10 years after cheating with a doctor friend on him and then divorced her husband to be with Scott. Tessa is beyond destroyed so hurt so devastated that he would do this to her. Yes, so tragic so sad but true. Only a miracle can save him now from walking into this spider's web on the 25th of July. Again, Tessa did not even know he got engaged she found out from a friend that saw it on social media called T and told her S did not even give T the consideration of telling her he dropped the bomb shell on her during the Ilderton Walk of Fame Cremony when he announced his engagement it was a total shock to Tessa standing on the stage with the fiancee and wife to be on the front row of the audience. So can't imagine what has happened to S he just lost it. So Tess has no alternative but to pick up pieces of her broken heart and move on. So sad I cry when I think about what has happened to them. The fairy tale love story has ended with major tragedy. Not even friends just unthinkable.

when i grow up a hip hop ice dancer just like Tessa virtue, Scott moir and i what that so much to me because i got pulled in crunch fitness at Stoney Creek but i was going start figure skating training and that make me upset but i care about figure skating center in my life of team Ontario and i can’t fix it but i love to dance and i love to skate a lot and i need help my problem and Tessa and Scott thank to give a figure skating center Tessa and Scott you are awesome

@@andivevo24 I just read your comments on T and S. Here is my thinking this woman has been married before this will be her second marriage. She and S had an affair and she divorced her husband for S. I do not have a good feeling about this marriage at all I do not trust his woman. This woman is a rival to T this is the woman that was overlooked by S's coach his aunt Caol and she chose T to be S's partner instead. This woman has had 22 years watching S and T win gold medals so why has S gone to this woman why not some other woman who does not have history with him and T? It is almost like hurting T as deeply as he possible can. Also, why this big wedding why all this wedding planning usually when there is a second marriage the wedding is usually very quiet very small few friends and family and never exploited like a first marriage. So what is all the big planning? And S and this woman could have gone and gotten married very quiet even before the RTR Tour and it would have been done. Why was the date set so far down the year to July. They could have already ended this and been married. Nothing about this engagement makes any sense. S always said he could not imagine his life without working with Tessa, he has always said he could not ever do anything to hurt Tessa, He has said Tessa does not realize that she keeps him alive, he has also said that their relationship is very complicated and that they do love each other. If you go back and watch videos of T and S especially their practice videos one in particular is the 2017 SD video S gets very friendly with T while rehearsing and she with him and there are several videos of their practice sessions where they kiss and share intimate hugs. This kind of intimacy is not done by skaters who have a platonic relationship. S and T have or had a very, very deep relationship their chemistry was deep and you just can't fake it for 22 years impossible. So, what happened? What went wrong? Where did it go wrong? I feel S went into this engagement too quickly and it seems as if he is in it over his head and it feels like he is being pushed into this marriage. His heart will always be with T and her heart will always be with S. They will always want each other they will always need each other. The ghost of T and S will always be hovering and this fiancee has to be concerned that she will have the ghost of T always because S is very protective of T and always will be. The fiancee will never put up with competing with T for S. So there will be jealousy and problems. I feel T and S know they love each other and I just pray before S goes into this marriage he realizes that he really loves T and this ends well. I pray they will miss each other and both somehow realize that they do want to end this together and that they need each other before S get married. T and S are stronger as partmers than they are apart. It would be so sad if years down the road when they both have married other people and had kids and a family and then to begin to realize that they let each other go and they could have had a beautiful family together. How sad to have those kind of regrets. It would take a miracle I know but miracles do still happen. Somehow being apart might be good it hopefully may give them time to miss each other and want to be together and know they belong together. Just my opinion.
@Customer Service honestly, reading all of this, I've got two theories. The first one is that they actually WERE in a relationship sometime between 2017 and 2018, but then something went wrong and Scott found a rebound, maybe it was a rebound out of despair (isn’t it strange that out of ALL the girls who would be glad to be with him, he choses the ONLY woman who’s been his partner aside from Tessa? Also it explains his rude behavior to T). This woman must also have her reasons and has wisely chosen the time to approach him. She used to be his partner and dumped him cause he wasn't good enough back then and then right AFTER he wins second Olympics and earns the reputation of the greatest ice dancer, she shows up... hmmmm. Also, maybe I’m imagining things, but he looks sooo unhappy and kinda dead inside on his vids since he’s been gone to USA 😟. Anyways.... the second theory is that Scott and Tessa just didn't realize their feelings for each other. Being with each other for so many years, it's easy to think that what you feel is "part of the acting", as they called it and "there's no way I can feel this for someone I spent 20 years with, I would've known before, it's just an effect of our routines". In both cases, I really really hope that being away from each other and knowing that this is really it, there will be no more comebacks and time together will help them to finally embrace their feelings. They must surely start to feel the emptiness right now both being in relationships with someone else IF there were indeed romantic feelings between them deep inside. It will just take time and a few mistakes (maybe even divorces ;)) but they'll come to each other. And yes, here I am still talking about it 2 years after the Olympics lol
@@ingetamm7951 I agree with your thoughts, however I am going with your first thought because it has been reported that after the 2018 Olympics S and T were definitely and couple they were dating but apparently about June of 2018 something very bad happened. It has been reported that S wanted to take their relationship to another level perhaps marriage and T said "no" she wanted to go to University and complete her MBA degree first and asked him to wait and he got upset and bolted. Right after the apparent argument, it is reported that T went to Europe with her family for a trip. S has a female cousin who he is very close with. During this time while S was trying to put his life together I guess trying to figure things out the skater which he referred to as his first skate partner which is now his fiancee goes to S's home town of Ilderton to attend her grandmothers funeral. It was at this time he reunited with her and that is where it all started. By the way she was not his first partner she and S skated in one competition and S messed up and she got mad they were just kids so it is not like they were partners in some major Olympic competition. S then made a trip to Florida to visit this woman which is where she lives or lived at the time. Apparently he stay for several months when she and S were dating actually they had an affair on her husband of 10 years. Fiancee then filed for divorce from husband for S. The divorce was granted early part of February or March 2018 and shortly thereafter S got engaged to her. This fiancee was very upset when T was chosen to be S's skate partner. The fiancee and T are rivals. So the question is why did S go to this woman? Why not just some random woman he would have possibly met at some point and get engaged why this rival? This remains a mystery? Was it to make T jealous perhaps? Then fast forward S's engagement was a total shock to T she did not know and he announced it at the WOF ceremony in Ilderton his home town and threw T under the bus humiliated her not to mention hurting her to the core. He made the ceremony more about his engagement than celebrating his and T's Olympic career and Gold Medals. He even went as far as to bring the fiance to the ceremony. So in my opinion he ran to this rival on the rebound to forget T. S is in love with T and always has been deeply in love with her. T deeply loves S always has always will. The hugs, kisses the admiration over 22 years they showed each other off and on the ice does not happen between 2 people that have a platonic relationship. Their chemistry was so incredible for each other the audience could feel it when they would skate it was real and natural. They have admitted that they can't explain their love and relationship for each other that it is deep and complicated. So why did S get engaged so quickly whey did he not wait and try to work things out with T. She said after she got her degree she would be ready to settle down and think about starting a family why did he run to this woman and suddenly get engaged out of no where. S said in an interview that when he took T's hand she was 7 and he was 9 at the Ilderton Skate Club for the first time his life changed. He also said T was the first kiss and I am pretty he was hers. They grew up together they were each other's first in most everything from age 7 and 9. They have basically had a 22 year marriage with marriage counseling and therapy on how to make their relationship work so what happened? Why is it not working now? S and T were and are meant to be not to mention their artistry and their amazing skill on the ice which will never be matched they are in a league all their own. And what made them so great is their deep feelings for each other and it showed in their performances they connected on so many levels. Hopefully, their time apart will prove how much they miss each other and will realize that they love and need each other before he makes the mistake of his life and gets married. I feel they are running as fast as they can from this reality they know they are happy only when they have each other. Fiancee was on the rebound. Here is another thought T is now dating a hockey player for the Maple Leaf Hockey Team interesting because S said in an interview that he always wanted to play hockey but did not have the hands and his favorite team is the Toronto Maple Leafs so coincidence? or planned to make S jealous? Interesting? By the way here is another thought when S got engaged he did not tell T his 22 year partner T found out through a friend whosaw it on FB and called T and told her. This devastated T she said in an interview that she had to call S to congratulate him so why did he not tell her? Why hurt her so badly? T should have been the next person he would have told after his family. T said in an interview that S getting engaged was not on her radar because she envisioned that she and S would be skating together for a few more years co-directing tours and in ice shows after they retired from the ice however him getting engaged changed everything. He ended the partnership and T ended the friendship. It is very sad so sad that the partnership/friendship of 22 years has ended tragically. It is reported that they have not even talked since the RTR tour. Interesting also is that one of the songs that they skated to was "Fix You". Apparently, they were telling the audience that something or someone needs to be fixed. I wonder what or who? Just my opinon.

uhm... there is? there is a show called tessa and scott ? where you can actually see that their relationship is nothing but business. They are just very good at acting, every line on every interview is scripted guys. There is a reason why tv shows prolong the will they/won't they tension... because it works, and so it does for T&S. Also Scott is a weird dude, Tessa can do better. XD
@@TianaT4 I agree I saw this show however they were completely different on the ice. Anybody who has had a true relationship where two people really are in love can see from their videos that their chemistry was real in the beginning when they were young maybe not so much but as time went on especially around 2015 -2018 things were hot and heavy they were definitely not acting even the comentators during their performances would say that their chemistry is so evident and that is why they were loved because fans could feel their chemistry. Platonice friends do not have this hot chemistry with each other. Yes, they did train to be good actors but with T and S it went further it was real. Yes, they were marketed to a point to sell their Virtue and Moir Brand and Partnership which all skaters are marketed but I feel when it came to their personal life the marketing stopped. Water the other skaters who are really platonic friends they do not hug kiss they are not as intimate with each other they don't look at each other endearing nor do the whisper to each other before and after performances it is just so blaring how much they love each other. I am confused as to why you referred to S as being weird. If you watch their interviews, T sounded the same she gave the same "pat" answers for sure she sound rehearsed and scripted but to me S seemed real he seemed to just talk from his heart not so scripted. I feel T and S made up their answers so they would not give it away to the fans that they were a couple because this would not keep the mystery that surrounded them going. They had to keep the tension as to their being or not being a couple going so fans would stay interested however in a couple of interviews one being the "game they played "Married Couples Game" and how much they know about each other a question was "which one of you sleeps in late in the morning" and the answer was "Tessa" they both answered "Tessa" then S said "Tessa always is so restless when she sleeps" Tessa gave him a very bad look so S quickly said "I read". This is on You tube if you want to have a look at it. So that was a dead giveaway that they were together as a couple because how would he know if she sleeps restless if their were not sleeping together at some point. He did this on several interviews so I think T was afraid they would be found out and fans woul lose interest in their ongoing "saga" "are they or are they not". I feel they rehearsed their answers which were always the same. Can you elaborate a little more on why you feel S is weird and why Tessa deserves better?

And I said Scott is weird because... well in the tv show he never seemed to come to Tess about his problems even when they were related to skating. Then another thing was weird, he never introducing his gf of 8 months or so to Tessa... if they are so close, she would be the first he would tell about her. It's just in the way he deals with situations, there is something about him that makes me think Tessa really could have gone all the way with him but for some reason and boy I can't see it, he didn't go for it. I feel like they aren't together because of him. Any other guy would have killed to be on his spot.. And he does weird stuff like getting engaged to his ex partner who is recently divorced, yet he asked her to marry him so quickly. It's like he is trying to prove it to himself that he ain't into Tessa... Or he really isn't which.. again makes him weird.

I totally agree and he is using this fiancee because he needs fuel to justify why he has gotten engaged and why he has left T. He will always love T always and she him no matter how he tries to forget her. It began 22 years ago when a 6 year old little girl took the hand of a 8 year old little boy and said hi. They both admit that they were totally smitten with each other. They said in an interview that they were each other's first kiss they have said through 22 years that they love and care deeply about each other. S has said on many occasions that he can't imagine his life without T. She said the same about S. S has said "everyone needs a T in their life". S has said in a interview that his worst nightmare has always been not to let T down. They have admitted how deep and complicated their relationship is and that they would always be together. T has said " no matter what I love you", no matter we will make it. Even during the RTR Tour T said in the video presentation that "when she puts on skates she needs S." she also said in a couple of interviews that " she can't imagine herself skating with anyone else but S and that is a road she would never want to go down." These are their words this sounds like two people that can't live without each and don't ever want to. I call it true love, true desire. So what happened? What went horribly wrong? Why did S leave T and go to the arms of this fiancee who happens to be the woman who S says he was his first skate partner before T but turns out that S only skated with tis woman about 4 weeks before T joined the skate club where she was paired up with S as his partner by S's aunt. So why go to this rival of T"s why not some other woman that has no history with S or T. No one knew S was even dating this woman he kept it a secret they never appeared in public together she just appeared at the WOF Ceremony held at Ilderton for T and S and was announced as S's new fiance. S did not even tell T he was engaged. T found out from a friend who saw the announcement on social media and called T and told her. You would think the first person he would have told would have been T his skate partner for 22 years. They have been together longer than some marriages. They have been through couples counseling and marriage counseling together I would think by now they would have had it figured out. T has no choice but to move on. S ended their partnership/relationship/friendship when he got engaged. T was blindsided so she has moved on she has not other choice very hurt deeply hurt. T is a classy woman and would never do anything to hurt S or even try to come between him and this woman. T would rather move on with a broken heart than to hurt S in any way. It is unbelievable that the fairy tale love story of the century and for 22 years has ended so sad. Heart breaking.
Just read your remarks. Tessa is in pain but I feel S is incapable of pain. It is over because S kicked T to the curb and got engaged. He ended their partnership and friendship. T who stood by him and skated her heart out to help him win the Gold and he just dumped her. There are people that say he did not dump T well what do you call when he never told her he was engaged she found out because a friend saw it on social media and called T and told her about it. I call this disgusting and heartless. He crushed his best friend and T has to be devastated. This woman he is engaged to is going to do a real number on him. She left her husband of 10 years for S and when she gets tired of his abusive personality she will kick him to the curb and I don't feel sorry for him it is coming. This woman is putting on a real act just to get him to marry her but when this wedding is over S will see her real colors. I hope T will have moved on and will not be there to pick up his pieces. Just my opinion.
I just can’t see them without each other as life-partners. Dating either one would be so hard because their bond with each other is just so strong. His fiancé must be very secure or seriously in denial. I also think that it’s one thing to say that they are, “Just Friends” when they get to spend hours & hours per day together. However, when they stop training together, there will be 2 enormous gaps in their lives. One is skating & the other is each other. They might find themselves missing each other more than they could have ever predicted. Also, he’s had a serious girlfriend for years, so Tessa might be hiding her love for him because she feels she has to. I think he will find himself missing her so much that it might wear on his romantic relationship. I know that they say that they are “Playing a Role,” or “Acting” as if they are in love for the story in the choreography, but the love between them looks so very real! Are we all so wrong???

They basically have a marriage with each other of more than 20 years of history. The most important moments of their lives have been side to side. And I just want to point out that Scott didn't personally told tessa about the engagement, she found out for the gossip on social media and had to call him to confirm so... Why was that? Was tessa not so important to be informed? But now we can only see what will happen :/. Maybe they will never get out of the denial 😢
Andrea ZM I meant to mention the fact that Scott didn’t tell Tessa about the engagement first, or even ask his ‘best-friend with excellent taste’ to help him pick out the ring. Also, do you remember the interview where they were asked to quickly state the colour of each other’s eyes? Tessa said, “Brown”, while Scott replied something like, “Green. A gorgeous green”. Words like that mean something!
My other theory is, as they grew through through their partnership & friendship, there were times when they seemed, ‘closer’, or ‘more intimate’, than others. Have you seen their routine to “Jack & Diane”???? They seemed so very close & almost kissed. Their behaviour to each other has shifted back & forth throughout the years. I had a similar long-term friendship with my best male friend who wanted to be with me, but stupidly, I was not focused on that part of my life & ended up hurting him. All these years later, I desperately wish I’d have done the opposite. I hope they realize things before it’s too late.
Andrea ZM I completely agree that it was strange that Scott didn’t ask Tessa to help pick out the ring & she didn’t know he was going to ‘pop the question’. I truly think that if he was 100% confident that he was doing the right thing, Tessa would have been involved.
ALSO, do you remember Tessa saying something like, “Of all the things I pictured happening between Scott & me, this was never one of them”. I think that one statement said a ton. I feel like I know they love each other. Have you seen them do “Jack & Diane”??? They both look totally in love. I read both T and S had a big big fight S walk out and ended the friendship and partnership maybe S was in a hurry to marry another woman just to forget T I cried a river how could S do that to T throw away their 22+years just like that if I were T or S I'm going to miss our togetherness our laughters the holding hands the kiss on the cheek and hand the tight hugs the sweet embrace and their body was always like glued to each other too tight for 22+ years no one touches T body except S since T was 7 how could S throw away 22+ years togetherness they were so happy together excellent amazing unison footwork of their ice dancing the GOAT of ice dancing I guess you cannot have it all S you will never know her value until she becomes a memory I'm still crazy watching all their ice dancing videos

I agree what has happened to him? He is acting weird. It is so sad how one woman could come between this amazing beautiful love between two people who started out kids she was 7 and he was 9 and fell in love but did not know what it was until they matured together through their teen years through all the ups and downs of winning the Olympcs, her surgeries his back problems and yet their bond was so deep they did for each other they lived for each other. What a tragic ending it does bring tears their love is the kind of love we all wish we had and want their souls are and were deeply connected beyond human comprehension for sure. What could have gone wrong? And why can't they find their way back to each other?

Some fans are claiming Scott has a gf and it’s not Tessa. All I could think of is, must be tough for the girl because she has to always compete with Tessa and has to love Tessa as part of his life. Also, the way Scott would always touch and kiss Tessa especially when he thinks nobody is looking, must be difficult 😳
Honestly, besides that they already have more than 20 years skating together, I think that their retirement is due in a big part to Scott's engagement. It must not be easy like you said to the other people to see what tessa and scott have :((
@@andivevo24 I agree their whole retirement is over the engagement period S ended the relationship/friendship. When S got engaged he and T were interviewed for the RTR tour and S was asked about the engagement but he did not seem very excited at all about it he seemed more excited about he and T and the Tour and getting to skate together again. T was asked about how she felt and she said he called Scott to congratulate him. She said she envisioned her and S planning more tours and doing other SOI performances but now it won't happen there will be a wedding. I just cried when I saw this her heart is broken in a million pieces. He has crushed T. He has not choice but to end their partnership because the new wife would never allow him to interact with T on the ice with their hot chemistry never. T was looking forward to her and S being together I feel even in a future marriage so S just ruined everything. He has changed and I am so disappointed with him. He seemed to have better character about him he seemed to love her so much so it is very weird why he has done this. I dont have a good feeling about this quick engagemet nor do I have a good feeling about this marriage. This woman is a rival to T and was determined to get S and S has fallen for her lies she will ultimately ruin him. I hope that he wakes up and realizes that he has let the best thing in his life go and that he does love and want her. He knew she was his ticket to win the Gold because when she had her knee surgery he could have replaced T but he held on to her as his partner because he knew she was his ticket to winning gold and then turned around and kicked her to the curb for a woman who he had an affair with and enticed her to walk out on her marriage of 10 years so pathetic. I have lost a lot of respect for S. I am shocked that he would hurt T their chemistry on the ice was undeniable it was real they have deep love for each other and they need to end this together. Something terrible went wrong about the middle of 2018 and he is acting crazy certainly not like the S that has always said he could not imagine life without T. He has always said that he would never do anything to ever hurt T. Where did all this go? Why has he turned to cold and dumped T. T has to be devastated. She would never try to come between S and his fiancee she respects S and loves him too much she is too classy a woman to ever do anything to cause a problem So she has no alternative but to move on. We can only hope before he goes through with this marriage they realize that they do love each other that they do miss each other and that they are meant for each other.

Rivating just beyond comprehension the chemistry and love they had and have for each other just amazing their very souls connect a deep connected love. Just can't put into words. S said when he took Tessa's hand she was 7 and he was 9 his life changed. What happened? Where did the deep burning love go? How could one woman split this amazing love apart? Tragic.

Sad this woman divorced her husband of 10 years after cheating with a doctor friend on him and then divorced her husband to be with Scott. She has a very shady past however the question is Scott and Tessa always said their friendship was platonic that they were not dating or in a relationship so if it was platonic during their career why can't they still be friends so the only conclusion is the new wife to be won't let him so he is willing to let 22 years of love and friendship go because of one woman what if the marriage does not work which I feel it will not because if she divorced one husband to marry and olympic gold medalist then when the new man flavor of the month comes along with more money "good bye Scott" she will ruin him. She saw Scott in a vulnerable state right after he and T had a major argument and she capitalized on his condition and threw out her bait and he took it. Kicked his 22 year partner to the curb after she had 2 major surgeries on both legs to be able to skate with him after giving up a major offer by the International Ballet Academy for her to study dance she gave it up just to skate with Scott that is how bad she wanted to be with him and win the gold. Tessa is beyond destroyed so hurt so devastated that he would do this to her. Yes, so tragic so sad but true. Only a miracle can save him now from walking into this spider's web on the 25th of July. Again, Tessa did not even know he got engaged she found out from a friend that saw it on social media called T and told her S did not even give T the consideration of telling her he dropped the bomb shell on her during the Ilderton Walk of Fame Cremony when he announced his engagement it was a total shock to Tessa standing on the stage with the fiancee and wife to be on the front row of the audience. So can't imagine what has happened to S he just lost it. So Tess has no alternative but to pick up pieces of her broken heart and move on. So sad I cry when I think about what has happened to them. The fairy tale love story has ended with major tragedy. Not even friends just unthinkable.

@@andivevo24 I just read your comments on T and S. Here is my thinking this woman has been married before this will be her second marriage. She and S had an affair and she divorced her husband for S. I do not have a good feeling about this marriage at all I do not trust his woman. This woman is a rival to T this is the woman that was overlooked by S's coach his aunt Caol and she chose T to be S's partner instead. This woman has had 22 years watching S and T win gold medals so why has S gone to this woman why not some other woman who does not have history with him and T? It is almost like hurting T as deeply as he possible can. Also, why this big wedding why all this wedding planning usually when there is a second marriage the wedding is usually very quiet very small few friends and family and never exploited like a first marriage. So what is all the big planning? And S and this woman could have gone and gotten married very quiet even before the RTR Tour and it would have been done. Why was the date set so far down the year to July. They could have already ended this and been married. Nothing about this engagement makes any sense. S always said he could not imagine his life without working with Tessa, he has always said he could not ever do anything to hurt Tessa, He has said Tessa does not realize that she keeps him alive, he has also said that their relationship is very complicated and that they do love each other. If you go back and watch videos of T and S especially their practice videos one in particular is the 2017 SD video S gets very friendly with T while rehearsing and she with him and there are several videos of their practice sessions where they kiss and share intimate hugs. This kind of intimacy is not done by skaters who have a platonic relationship. S and T have or had a very, very deep relationship their chemistry was deep and you just can't fake it for 22 years impossible. So, what happened? What went wrong? Where did it go wrong? I feel S went into this engagement too quickly and it seems as if he is in it over his head and it feels like he is being pushed into this marriage. His heart will always be with T and her heart will always be with S. They will always want each other they will always need each other. The ghost of T and S will always be hovering and this fiancee has to be concerned that she will have the ghost of T always because S is very protective of T and always will be. The fiancee will never put up with competing with T for S. So there will be jealousy and problems. I feel T and S know they love each other and I just pray before S goes into this marriage he realizes that he really loves T and this ends well. I pray they will miss each other and both somehow realize that they do want to end this together and that they need each other before S get married. T and S are stronger as partmers than they are apart. It would be so sad if years down the road when they both have married other people and had kids and a family and then to begin to realize that they let each other go and they could have had a beautiful family together. How sad to have those kind of regrets. It would take a miracle I know but miracles do still happen. Somehow being apart might be good it hopefully may give them time to miss each other and want to be together and know they belong together. Just my opinion.
@Customer Service honestly, reading all of this, I've got two theories. The first one is that they actually WERE in a relationship sometime between 2017 and 2018, but then something went wrong and Scott found a rebound, maybe it was a rebound out of despair (isn’t it strange that out of ALL the girls who would be glad to be with him, he choses the ONLY woman who’s been his partner aside from Tessa? Also it explains his rude behavior to T). This woman must also have her reasons and has wisely chosen the time to approach him. She used to be his partner and dumped him cause he wasn't good enough back then and then right AFTER he wins second Olympics and earns the reputation of the greatest ice dancer, she shows up... hmmmm. Also, maybe I’m imagining things, but he looks sooo unhappy and kinda dead inside on his vids since he’s been gone to USA 😟. Anyways.... the second theory is that Scott and Tessa just didn't realize their feelings for each other. Being with each other for so many years, it's easy to think that what you feel is "part of the acting", as they called it and "there's no way I can feel this for someone I spent 20 years with, I would've known before, it's just an effect of our routines". In both cases, I really really hope that being away from each other and knowing that this is really it, there will be no more comebacks and time together will help them to finally embrace their feelings. They must surely start to feel the emptiness right now both being in relationships with someone else IF there were indeed romantic feelings between them deep inside. It will just take time and a few mistakes (maybe even divorces ;)) but they'll come to each other. And yes, here I am still talking about it 2 years after the Olympics lol
@@ingetamm7951 I agree with your thoughts, however I am going with your first thought because it has been reported that after the 2018 Olympics S and T were definitely and couple they were dating but apparently about June of 2018 something very bad happened. It has been reported that S wanted to take their relationship to another level perhaps marriage and T said "no" she wanted to go to University and complete her MBA degree first and asked him to wait and he got upset and bolted. Right after the apparent argument, it is reported that T went to Europe with her family for a trip. S has a female cousin who he is very close with. During this time while S was trying to put his life together I guess trying to figure things out the skater which he referred to as his first skate partner which is now his fiancee goes to S's home town of Ilderton to attend her grandmothers funeral. It was at this time he reunited with her and that is where it all started. By the way she was not his first partner she and S skated in one competition and S messed up and she got mad they were just kids so it is not like they were partners in some major Olympic competition. S then made a trip to Florida to visit this woman which is where she lives or lived at the time. Apparently he stay for several months when she and S were dating actually they had an affair on her husband of 10 years. Fiancee then filed for divorce from husband for S. The divorce was granted early part of February or March 2018 and shortly thereafter S got engaged to her. This fiancee was very upset when T was chosen to be S's skate partner. The fiancee and T are rivals. So the question is why did S go to this woman? Why not just some random woman he would have possibly met at some point and get engaged why this rival? This remains a mystery? Was it to make T jealous perhaps? Then fast forward S's engagement was a total shock to T she did not know and he announced it at the WOF ceremony in Ilderton his home town and threw T under the bus humiliated her not to mention hurting her to the core. He made the ceremony more about his engagement than celebrating his and T's Olympic career and Gold Medals. He even went as far as to bring the fiance to the ceremony. So in my opinion he ran to this rival on the rebound to forget T. S is in love with T and always has been deeply in love with her. T deeply loves S always has always will. The hugs, kisses the admiration over 22 years they showed each other off and on the ice does not happen between 2 people that have a platonic relationship. Their chemistry was so incredible for each other the audience could feel it when they would skate it was real and natural. They have admitted that they can't explain their love and relationship for each other that it is deep and complicated. So why did S get engaged so quickly whey did he not wait and try to work things out with T. She said after she got her degree she would be ready to settle down and think about starting a family why did he run to this woman and suddenly get engaged out of no where. S said in an interview that when he took T's hand she was 7 and he was 9 at the Ilderton Skate Club for the first time his life changed. He also said T was the first kiss and I am pretty he was hers. They grew up together they were each other's first in most everything from age 7 and 9. They have basically had a 22 year marriage with marriage counseling and therapy on how to make their relationship work so what happened? Why is it not working now? S and T were and are meant to be not to mention their artistry and their amazing skill on the ice which will never be matched they are in a league all their own. And what made them so great is their deep feelings for each other and it showed in their performances they connected on so many levels. Hopefully, their time apart will prove how much they miss each other and will realize that they love and need each other before he makes the mistake of his life and gets married. I feel they are running as fast as they can from this reality they know they are happy only when they have each other. Fiancee was on the rebound. Here is another thought T is now dating a hockey player for the Maple Leaf Hockey Team interesting because S said in an interview that he always wanted to play hockey but did not have the hands and his favorite team is the Toronto Maple Leafs so coincidence? or planned to make S jealous? Interesting? By the way here is another thought when S got engaged he did not tell T his 22 year partner T found out through a friend whosaw it on FB and called T and told her. This devastated T she said in an interview that she had to call S to congratulate him so why did he not tell her? Why hurt her so badly? T should have been the next person he would have told after his family. T said in an interview that S getting engaged was not on her radar because she envisioned that she and S would be skating together for a few more years co-directing tours and in ice shows after they retired from the ice however him getting engaged changed everything. He ended the partnership and T ended the friendship. It is very sad so sad that the partnership/friendship of 22 years has ended tragically. It is reported that they have not even talked since the RTR tour. Interesting also is that one of the songs that they skated to was "Fix You". Apparently, they were telling the audience that something or someone needs to be fixed. I wonder what or who? Just my opinon.
