I also purchased the budget mom electronic budget book and your debt free and no spend workbooks and printed them at home. I also purchased some XL Happy Planner discs on Amazon because I add some invoices to my planner and the happy planner whole punch 😂 I didn’t purchase everything at once. I’ve been buying little by little. I’m all set for 2024!!

Using the 70/20/10 method-70% of take home pay goes to essentials (housing, food, etc) and desired nonessentials (like streaming services, gym membership), 20% goes to debt repayment and 10% goes to savings-split between emergency fund and sinking funds!!
🦓 Whelp - I've been influenced!!! I used the TBM box set for 2023 and loved the system but didn't like everything being separate, but I was more focused on habits and processes. This year I purchased the TBM printable version and after this video purchased a happy planner to set up for 2024. I've been playing around with different binding options and just couldn't hit that sweet spot. Hopefully this will be the missing piece. I have the same Happy Planner you have-Enjoy your journey. I like the message and the color, so I just purchased a new pack of dividers with tabs and a sticker pack when the Happy Planner website had a sale. I put month stickers on the tabs and added new pages from the Budget Mom’s digital download I purchased. You can print the months and just add the dates. It was cheaper than purchasing a new planner. All I have to do is print pages from my digital budget mom account anytime I need new pages. I even used some of the stickers in the pack to decorate my dividers and calendar pages. I would stick with the one you have because mine gives me the same feeling-remembering the journey and being proud of what I have accomplished thus far.🦓
Love the new planner. I really love the old cover. It just pops. The new cover is so light it doesn’t give that “Bam!” factor. It’s just there. I ordered Taylor Budgets new planner so that’s what I will be using for 2024 and I’m so excited to use it. 🦓

I don’t like cash envelopes so I’m going to go through your old videos to see how you budget. I prefer to use our card and keep it all in the bank. 🦓 I purchased the Budget Happy Planner for 2024 (classic/undated). This is my first time using a budget system. Now that I am 1 month ahead, I think it will be easier to write out the bills etc in the planner and then transfer it to my check book🤔. My check book looks a hot mess with the white out, mark thru. Squeezed entries above or below an entry, and dates are out of order ( because I am entering in my paychecks as I get them and paying my tithes but still haven't finished paying the bills/expenses for the current month😱) I like the new planner and accessories. I say use the new cover, and maybe you can make a note book or something with the other cover. 🤷🏾♀️
