I got into PC building last April. I was unfamiliar with the ITX tax and many other things, so you can imagine the absurd level of difficulty on my first ever fully custom build. I built a medium tier sleeper into the legendary 1998 Hot Wheels tower. After everything was said and done my bill was somewhere around $700. I'm still amazed it works, let alone how well it came out. A Ryzen 5 3600 An RTX 3050 Low Profile I had to modify the back of the chassis because the SFX power supply had to be mounted at a 90 degree angle. I had to cut several holes for proper ventilation. On top of all my other challenges and handicaps, I elected to keep the floppy and disc drives. I'm probably damaged because of this machine.
I use an optical drive once a year. So I got an external one and never looked back. I wish I could have space for a full ATX build but thing’s tough out there and space is something very limited in big cities.
@ZachsTechTurf np 😊, can you please make a short about the rx 6750xt vs rtx 4060, please? I am just struggling to choose because I need the two: The content creation and raw performance. Thank you
3:00 if those are just the fasteners sticking thru then all you need to do is remove those fasteners from the inside of the case, add a spacer between the feet and the case and then screw the fasteners back on so they donnot stick thru the bottom. You might be able to use a riser as well, but I know you have a 3D printer so just make a circular spacer my dude. Problem solved.
Thanks for showing that the case does indeed come with feet! I've been looking at it for a while, and haven't found another review show or mention the feet... They're shown in photos on aliexpress but... you know

i used to work at an amazon fulfillment center, and the dead giveaway was the “LPN” sticker on the box, which is specifically used gor returned items sold as “new”.
There is a A07 Mini ITX PC case that is much smaller than this case for 4.3L and is much cheaper and can house a full-size RTX 4060 a 170mm length limit, although the CPU cooler needs to be less than 37mm and needs a riser which A07 includes a PCIe 3.0 riser.
Yeah I have the same case and it never came with instructions, It’s a decent and well built case otherwise. Note on the feet, you need one screw on top and one screw on the bottom of the foot standoffs. Ie one screws the case to the cylindrical stand-off and the other screws the flat foot plate to the stand-off from the bottom. They were the short Philips screws with wide heads. Eight screws in total for the feet. I’m rocking that case with a b520i ac, 5600x, x2 cl14 3200 Gskill ram, 4060 lp, a 2tb nvme, 500w flex, and a personally modified thermalright 47mm full copper cooler with a screwed on noctua nf-a9x14 fan and noctua duct kit. 😊 Made the cooler accept a screw on fan by cutting four small pieces of 2mm copper bar stock, drilled and tapped them for a m3 screw, then JB welded them to each corner of the cooler. Then was able to use the noctua duct kit as it was intended with the fan. Went through this trouble to have the most efficient cooler set up without a fan being right next to the case side to avoid fan noise. My computer is virtually silent up until the gpu is under full load. Max CPU temp under full cinebench multi core load is 61.8*C, and max 98% usage GPU gaming is around 68*C. With CPU around 57*C

Nice video. But there is an easy affordable option for ITX form factor PCs: ASRock DeskMini(APU only)/Deskmeet X300 (AM4) / X600 (AM5) or B660(LGA 1700). Those combine case + motherboard + PSU, with but a few caveat: 1. Only up to 65W CPUs / APUs. 2. Only compact CPU cooler ( the BOXED ones usually barely work ) 3. The DeskMeet with enough space for a dedicated GPU only allows 1/2 slots
You could make a Video building the cheapest PC (used parts allowed) woth a graphics card and then test the SSD in it. Would be a cool video, because it would be fun seeing someone buy and use the 20 Year old 5$ intel CPUs and Nvidia GPUs that you can find used sometimes
I like the contrast of the white fan through the black grille. That said, OMG, you complimented a 4060? You're gonna get slayed in the comments. The 4060 is - for some reason - the most hated GPU on the Internet. I love mine, in my HTPC. Now we'll both get slayed!
i did a build in that case. i broke the tiny standoffs that hold the PSU bracket in place. i got mad and drilled a hole and used a PICO SPU i had on hand.
I just got done building in this case my self wasn't too bad after watching a video I found on reddit showing how to install the PSU the feet should have 4 flat top screws that attach the feet to a small metal tube then screws go inside the case though the other side of the tube mine came with small rubber stickers to also put on the feet, installing the 80mm fans in the top for abit tricky for me never seen a case where you screw the fans into tapped holes on the case, I put an I9 9900k in mine runs a bit warm.
I work with refurbing PCs and have a locked down PC with a drive reader to check through hard drives before I destroy or repurpose them, depending on where the PC came from. Government PC drives have to be destroyed.

If you do decide to look at what's inside the drive, use a clean version of Windows and make a copy and open that one instead, so if you do get CP, or any other illegal data on this drive, you won't get in trouble and you'll still have the original.
