Interesting- when COVID hit, you’d have thought it would have decimated the homeless encampments. Large groups of people, living outside, open waste, very little hygiene, yet no. Strange.

It's amazing how the homeless population has exploded in MPLS & St Paul over the 4 or 5 years. It's really changed the area for the worse. Im not talking about people who lost their job and are trying to get back on their feet, hard luck story. I mean tweakers & junkies roaming around causing trouble. It's been tolerated by the city so it continues to grow
The homeless US citizens need to get off the drugs because they are about to get replaced by illegal migrants.

Actually, they put heaters in their tents and they have fires. We've had multiple fires in the city as a result. Including some that damaged homes.

As someone who lives in Minneapolis and has had to deal with the drug encampments behind my apartment building, and had to stand watch 24hrs during the riots, I can 100% confirm this is factual.
