Thanks Tom . We know retail customers demand perfection, when investors many hours in a dent , sometimes perfection isn't possible, and with that much time into a job we are competing with body shop prices.
Just subscribed, trying to learn pdr and I have lots tools, I bought the whole set from this guy that did mobile pdr for10 years. I don't have 30k for live learning and watching you tube for a while but every time I work on a car it's not even close cause I'm sure everyone is leaving out the fine points to make it right. I'm ready to invest in an online learning but very skeptical. What do you charge and how do I go about it.
Thanks John. Its great you managed to pick up a second hand set of tools this is a big saving in getting started. Yes its tricky trying to learn solely off youtube as there are lots of videos from lots of people and not always a clear structured path to learn in, that's exactly why I created Learn PDR Online. Step by step training from beginner to paid tech with ongoing support along the way. To get started you can visit our training site - www.learnpdronline.com head over to training follow the links and our prices are available there or you can start with our free 5 part video series to give you a run through as to exactly what's covered in our training - www.learnpdronline.com/survey/ Im here anytime you need some help or advice - tom@learnpdronline.com
Hey Nik, I've had it for a few months. I mainly use it for the larger dents and it is good to help me pull damage whilst tapping down the crowns, when its set up right its got some serious pulling power so I can move more metal than I could with say a slide hammer, robo lifter or even with pushing from behind. Its expensive but it has sped up my repair times on the larger dents 👍
Great video Tom
Thanks buddy :)
