I'm watching this as I comment, and of course, I love all the cards! It’s incredible to think that I started following your channel when you were still a teenager, and now, here you are, all grown up-time really does fly! Simon, I couldn’t be prouder of how far you’ve come. While I’m not a crafter myself, I absolutely love watching you, along with Dana Joy, Jennifer, CZ, Gina K, and others. A friend recently gifted me some of your inks and cardstock, so I’ve been experimenting with stamping and color blending. I have to say, your products are fantastic!
Hi Simon, loved your cards but, I love even more your goofy glasses!!!😂😂😂. I've told you before that I love how you have found a way to incorporate your Cricut in your crafting, beyond creating your sentiments which is what I used to do. I wanted to tell you that you don't have to fussy cut! You can use the offset function in design space and even choose the measurement of your border. Also, you can choose to cut your sentiment and make a shadow for it. Loved all your inking techniques, I feel that is the best part of cardmaking for me, playing with inks. Have a wonderful day.
Great tutorial!!! I busted out laughing with those crazy eyes and awkward die cutting!! My favorite is the 🦇 bat card!!! Never too many layers!! TYFS! 🍁🍁
Oh dear God Simon, what a hoot! I love you and your sense of humor! Your videos aren't complete unless you demonstrate your full on die cutting/embossing "skills"! Those glasses are THE BEST! The cards are beautiful and your friend is lucky to have you in her life. TFS! You're awesome!
Hi Simon. I liked all of your cards, so creative and I like to see people incorporating the Cricut into cardmaking. Just wondering if you considered using the offset function in design space to make a contoured cut line around your words? I'm not sure, you might have to have the subscription to use this function, but it would save fussy cutting, which I'm not very good at. You're a pro at it though! Please keep showing us more Cricut ideas, they're fun!
That first card was gorgeous. I loved the look of the stamp sprayed with water and pressed into the inked paper. And those bats are so cute. I have to stop watching these videos because my wish list keeps getting longer. 😆
I always learn so much when I watch your video's. Thanks so very much. I've been stamping a long long time, but you can certainly teach an old dog new tricks!
Love the bats on the purple background. The color popping out behind the leaves is lovely. Thanks for the tip on half of the background using an embossing folder. Great cards! ❤❤❤❤❤
Love all the cards, but the bat with the purple colors and different techniques background is amazing! Those glasses are to FUN, just like the penguin hat on SCT. By the way you were great on SCT.
Got the bats and ghosts last year, but not in time for Halloween. Was looking at my stuff and was really happy to see it with my supplies. Great inspiration with today's video. Thanxs Simon.
Okay, favorite card today....hmmmm, while I absolutely love the basketweave embossing, and the pretty background you made for Ele's card, I'm going to have to go with the first card today. That purple background was amazing to watch you make and it turned out really cool. Great job on all the cards, as always!!
Thanks, Simon! I really loved seeing you use the Cricut! I have a Cricut Maker and can absolutely try this myself. I just hadn't thought of it. You do such great work. I love seeing what you come up with.
I loved all of your cards but my favorite was the Halloween card (I'm a sucker for a great Halloween card) and then the birthday card for your bestie! You always make me laugh when you are using your manual die cutting machine! I really need to figure out why I cannot get design space to work on any of my computers (apple, windows etc) so I can actually start using my cricut maker instead of it just sitting there looking pretty!
Simon, I learn something every time I watch one of your videos. I have that deckle edge trimmer and did not realize the deckle was larger on the bottom, duh!
The birthday card was my favorite. You did a great job with the colors and the die cut. I have to ask though, why didn't you attach an offset and have the Cricut cut out the sentiment since you had it write it instead of fussy cutting it?
I am very frustrated. I am casting this post from my phone to my TV. The product list projects onto the screen & covers half the screen so I can’t watch your crafting! I’ve tried every way I can think of & I can’t get rid of that black product list!!! Frustrating!
If you tap the 3 dots at the top left of the box it gives you a drop down. One says dismiss. That got rid of it on mine. I'm using an android, so hope it's the same for you

I loved all the cards but my favorite was the one with the bats. I loved your “glasses”, I like it when you something funny like that. 🥰💕

So much depth and texture without the added weight of layered paper
Great tutorial!!! I busted out laughing with those crazy eyes and awkward die cutting!! My favorite is the 🦇 bat card!!! Never too many layers!! TYFS! 🍁🍁
Let's see: I love the wink, the gorgeous purple background, the charming bats, and learning new things. Mostly, I enjoy your enthusiams for the craft.
OMG!!! Love the awkward eye moments! You have me in stitches every single time!!! LOL 😂

Love all the cards, but the bat with the purple colors and different techniques background is amazing! Those glasses are to FUN, just like the penguin hat on SCT. By the way you were great on SCT.
Brilliant Simon. Love the colours.
I use your inks for my mixed media style cards all the time, I love this card❤❤❤
Got the bats and ghosts last year, but not in time for Halloween. Was looking at my stuff and was really happy to see it with my supplies. Great inspiration with today's video. Thanxs Simon.
The bat one was my favourite Simon.
Great cards and techniques! I really enjoy your videos. You’re a great teacher while making it fun!
You’re such a goof with the goggles 😂

Loved them all! I really like the blending of colours and the usage of the embossing folder!
I know, I love my Joy but I like to see how other people use there's. Beautiful cards
Thanks, Simon! I really loved seeing you use the Cricut! I have a Cricut Maker and can absolutely try this myself. I just hadn't thought of it. You do such great work. I love seeing what you come up with.

I love the pumpkin card. Thank you for a great tutorial, as always.
Love the Halloween card the best but love all the cards.
Love all of the cards! I think the bat card is my favorite. The colors are amazing! You really cracked me up with those glasses!
You are amazingly talented
Hi Simon, have you ever done wedding style backgrounds and cards? Love your work 👍🏻🇦🇺
Love those bats!

I just got my first Simon Hurley inks today. Can’t wait to get home and try them out!! I’m new at this.
That’s a awesome technique
Love the background on the bat card ❤
I love the bat card. Halloween is my favorite card creating time. Your cards are so beautiful. Thank you...Rosalee
Beautiful cards Simon
Could you use Astro paste on the bats wings so they’re sparkly?
I'm not into Halloween, but I love that card❤. You are so talented and funny. I've gotten some great ideas from you. Thank you!😊
Very cute cards 👿👿
Fabulous 💚🤣🤩
The purple one
Great cards!
The birthday card was my favorite. You did a great job with the colors and the die cut. I have to ask though, why didn't you attach an offset and have the Cricut cut out the sentiment since you had it write it instead of fussy cutting it?
The awkward die cutting 😂🤣💀☠️
The bat card was my favorite card. How long does it take the pastes to dry? ❤
What is the material you have for work area that you put the ink on? It looks like a wood table.
❤
♥
What type of paper is this, can it be colored, and what is its thickness, please?
I want to know what do you use to clean sticky matt? I can't remove ink from it.
I just use water to clean since my inks don’t stain. Some inks stain… using a stamp cleaner would help. :)
@@simon.hurley Thanks
Why didn’t you have the cricut cut out the sentiment?
👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
