BE1: Shimano Front Freewheel System (FFS) Overhaul

In this special bonus episode I show how to completely disassemble, clean and reassemble both the front freewheel and the rear group of sprockets.
I also theorize on why the rear group of sprockets is not fixed and actually moves backwards if enough force is applied.
