this may be a little late but from my experience i think its better to do it without blow drying your hair because you dont have to worry about shrinkage especially using gel. but that just depends on hair type and how gel works with your hair, i hope this helped
Do I have to get into the dryer after the twist? Mine looks so scanty meanwhile my hair looks just yours. And after the twist the salon lady asked me to enter the dryer.

Can you please do a video on how to take care of your twists after week 2 , my son got twists for the 1st time he's 11 the 1st week of course they looked great, he's sleeping with a bonnet and not washing his hair but some of the twists on the crown of his head already look like they're coming undone a bit and getting frizzy 😣 I need help

Never comb your hair completely dry. Moisten the new growth first with water or a good moisturizer. If you are getting ready to wash it, detangle first with conditioner. V05 moisture milk is great
My hairs really shorter than this and it won't grow tried everything and alot of these hair stylist don't know what there talking but but I enjoyed the video

When I was natural the first time I would spray my hair with a mist and let is soak in on its own to keep it from sticking out
are you twisting you hair dry ? I usually do mine really wet i have alot of shrinkage

I had to tie mine down with a scarf. I also used shea moisture holding gel. It's a little crunchy though. Hopefully some oil will fix that
