नमस्कार सर, मी पुण्यातील एका सोसायटीत राहत असून माझा फ्लॅट पहिल्या मजल्यावर मुलांच्या खेळण्याच्या गार्डन समोर आणि जवळ आहे... रात्री 10 नंतर सोसायटीच्या कॉमन स्पेस, पार्किंग आणि गार्डन मध्ये मुलांना खेळण्यास बंदी आहे...तसा ठराव AGM मीटिंग मध्ये सर्वानुमते पास झालेला आहे... परंतु वारंवार काही लोकांना सांगून देखील तसेच वाचमन ने शिट्टी मारून देखील ते लोक मुलांना खाली गार्डन मध्ये खेळायला घेऊन येतात किंवा पाठवतात.. हे खेळणे आणि गोंधळ रात्री 11-12 वाजेपर्यंत सुरू असतो.... संध्याकाळी 4 ते 10 सगळ्या सोसायटीतील मुलं खाली खेळत असतात...त्या गोंधळा मुळे त्रास होत असतो आणि परत 10 नंतर पण प्रचंड त्रास होत आहे... सदरील प्रकरणात माझा त्रास कमी होण्याकरिता मार्ग/ कायदेशीर मार्ग सुचवावा...कारण मी रोज जाऊन प्रत्येकाशी वाद घालू शकत नाही..🙏

If they are taking 5000 as Shifting charge then u can file case of Extortion againt Managing Committee.
Sir since 2014 no election ....but chairman secretary are deciding for redevelopment can they decide?

रात्री 10 नंतर सोसायटीच्या कॉमन स्पेस, पार्किंग आणि गार्डन मध्ये मुलांना खेळण्यास बंदी आहे...तसा ठराव AGM मीटिंग मध्ये सर्वानुमते पास झालेला आहे... परंतु वारंवार काही लोकांना सांगून देखील तसेच वाचमन ने शिट्टी मारून देखील ते लोक मुलांना खाली गार्डन मध्ये खेळायला घेऊन येतात किंवा पाठवतात.. हे खेळणे आणि गोंधळ रात्री 11-12 वाजेपर्यंत सुरू असतो....
संध्याकाळी 4 ते 10 सगळ्या सोसायटीतील मुलं खाली खेळत असतात...त्या गोंधळा मुळे त्रास होत असतो आणि परत 10 नंतर पण प्रचंड त्रास होत आहे...
सदरील प्रकरणात माझा त्रास कमी होण्याकरिता मार्ग/ कायदेशीर मार्ग सुचवावा...कारण मी रोज जाऊन प्रत्येकाशी वाद घालू शकत नाही..🙏
