What kind of spots? Acne? Benzoyl Peroxide works really well. Whiteheads/Blackheads? Salicylic Acid. Dry skin? You wash with a hydrating cleanser, then follow with a moisturizer with humectants in it like glycerin. Make sure you apply to damp skin. Then at night, so the same thing but at your last step, apply an occlusive. I like the LRP Cicaplast Gel, my favorite occlusive. But some people swear by vaseline.
