    I had the exact same problem this weekend, steam coming from the front end, water coming from that pipe and onto the header pipe causing it to evaporate

      Did you get it sorted? Was it the same water ingress in the airbox?

      @@philwebb606 hopefully its something as simple as mine, if you jetwashed it recently it probably is.

      @@Lighthouse_Rides hopefully, I haven’t washed it from I’ve had it which is only 2 weeks, I’m hoping they put a new starter button on and possibly a new radiator and problems are fixed

    Apart from the tank leaning on the radiator, the damage to it can also come from the side fairings. There's a possible fix mentioned in this video:

    Basically what he does: from the bolt that connects the fairing to the radiator, removed the "washer" which is part of the bolt. This to ensure that the fairing is bolted loosely to the radiator and can vibrate by itself and not induce these vibrations to the radiator.
    I've done this myself over the winter, no leaking radiator yet (but the weather was shit so I haven't ridden since ;-P)
