To the question ‘is this boring?”: no. Think of it as you’re talking to a friend and you’re just curious about how their life is going. you’re not thinking if you’re bored or not because you’re genuinely curious and checking in on them. Babes your whole life just shifted and we get that. So don’t worry if we’re “entertained’ or not cuz all we care about is how you are doing at this time. Love ya girl ❤ oh and same for henny hope he’s adjusting well 👍🏾

My baby is 3 months old and my in-laws wanted to come over almost every single day plus random guest from my husbands part of the family to see the baby. I put up with so much to make other people happy while I was the one waking up with the baby, trying to breastfeed with visitors shoved in my face. I made it clear to everyone I wanted less visitors but they didn’t care. Finally I made my own schedule and put MYSELF and my daughter first just like they put theirs. Sometimes enough is enough. Especially with postpartum, body changes,no sleep and no time for yourself.

Be sure to have a set routine with feeding naps and diaper changes and then work your errands around that routine. That way you never have him out and about when it’s nap time and he is tired crying or if you are out and know it’s feeding time you are prepared. You got this and you ARE doing a great job!!

The first few months I didn’t want to leave the house either!! The grocery store was about it and even that gave me anxiety. He turns 1 in a couple days. Things do get easier.
I had post partum anxiety and depression for sure. Little things like the TV volume would set me off. I was exhausted but wasn’t able to sleep. It was so hard and such a dark lonely time in my life, even though I had my partner and family an hour away. It still didn’t feel like enough support.
Moms don’t be afraid to ask for help.
Friends and Family please please check in on her. Make sure she’s doing okay instead of only asking how the baby is doing.

I’m currently 7 weeks postpartum with my first baby boy. I love watching your videos since we were prego at the same time lol. My breastfeeding journey has not been easy. I first had an oversupply but because I didn’t know how to manage it unfortunately it decreased when I got mastitis twice (very painful). One thing I know for sure those videos of moms that bag their milks have an oversupply not a “normal” supply. A normal supply is 2-3 ounces of breast milk. So if that’s how much you have every 2-3 hours that is great! I am strictly breastfeeding and did many things to increase my milk supply because I refuse to give my baby formula. It is a lot of work and a full time job so it is great that you put your mental health first and did what’s best for you which will always be what is best for your baby boy! You are doing an amazing job and we are in this journey together. Sometimes I wish I can literally go through the screen and hug you, tell you how great you are doing, and give you advice and just have a first time mommy chat because honestly that’s all I needed throughout my journey as well. Love you and you’re an amazing mother!

I’ve got two babies, youngest just turned 1, and honestly it takes a while to feel like yourself! Also recovery after the second (mentally and physically) is just so much easier. Also, you see those mums with bags of milk and that is just not realistic. The majority of women don’t have that and manage to feed their babies. I love watching your videos. In the beginning of your video, you asked if people are interested in hearing you talk about breastfeeding. I definitely think that people who watch your videos are just invested in your life. So yes, people are interested. Love your vibe, and love seeing you as a mommy. You're doing a great job, momma!!👶🫶🍼

I’m a mom of two and definitely taking them on walks and the park is a must! My baby is almost 6 months and she loved hearing the water fountains, wind in the leaves, and animals! The sun is also really good for them too.🙂

as a woman (25) who does intend to have kids this isnt boring its actually refreshing being able to hear your experiences. I dont mind the content change!

You talking about periods was soooo relatable. I felt the SAME way after I had my son. I bled so much I thought something was wrong and called my doctor. I will say it never went back, my period is totally different now after having a kid and much heavier, cramps worse, but sometimes it’s the short 4 days and sometimes it’s like 6/7 😅

yas queen, i used to work at a hospital with lactation specialists and also im a speech therapist (we work with breast feeding sometimes) and im not sure if this will be helpful or annoying ****but i just want all those moms out there trying to breast feed know*** that you are NO LESS of a mom if you do not breast feed. everyone has a different experience. MANY mothers struggle to make breast feeding work. it is not just you. any form of nutrition that you give to your child is beautiful. go you for putting in the work, you are a brilliant, beautiful, awesome mom. your baby loves you and all is well

I’m not planning on having kids probably ever but I do not think these videos are boring because its like sitting down with an old friend and just hearing updates on their life. Like everything thats happening so them isnt happening to you but of course it isn’t boring because you care about them. Humans have an endless capacity for empathy as long as you’re being genuine. Keep posting what you truly want to bby. You being genuine is what makes it interesting, not the exact content itself

My son is just a couple weeks older than yours & it’s been so fun to be on this new motherhood journey with you. Kendamil Infant Goat milk formula has truly been the most amazing formula I’ve found with my son. I’m at ease that it’s made in the UK and goat milk is the most similar milk to breast milk.
