Her landings were super impressive and, unlike some other highly favored contenders to the world title this year, she CAN actually dance. What a treat this routine was! I hope she does just as well, if not better in the team competition and in event finals!
There's dancing in this routine? All I saw was a lot of running around and some arm movements before tumbling passes. If I want to watch dancing in a floor routine I'd watch Afran's floors
Doamne, cat de frumos! Aveam senzatia ca zboara, ca e cel mai modelabil corp din lume. Atata gratie, flexibilitate, eleganta. Bravo Larisa, esti campioana noastra.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
You can see it in that brilliant smile she knows she's got this! Love her gymnastics! I'm very happy she ended up on the podium! (It was great when the bee was swarming and biles Ross and Larissa all huddled in the 1st place spot! Best podium moment ever!!)
Her dancing is great, but someone can be the most talented dancer ever and make you not feel this. When you watch her you can really tell that she loves what she is doing, and she knows hot to put on a performance.
if she can do cleaner spin on 2nd one, she deserves gold. =) i've been watching gymnastics for a while.. noticed judges were so hard on her scores most of the time. Hope she goes home smiling this year! GO get em Larisa!
If she hit her turns in Finale and change her double pike into a pike full in...she can beat Biles. I love her smile the whole routine...nobody does it :)
She did amazing..yes! I love watching her. But have you watched Simons's FX? She actually smiles more than Larissa. Her coach actually tried to get her to tone it down a little but soon realized that's just Simone! I am so happy it wad these 3 young ladies on the podium AA.. Way to go girls!
the landings were very impressive. stuck double2x and full in! the gomez should not be credited and she stumbled on her double memmel. but the rest of the routine is clean. I am rooting for her for Gold!
***** Interesting. So with those spins and the Pike full in (?) she would have qualified ahead of Biles? That's promising because I personally consider her a superior floor worker.
***** I like Simone but I like when the unexpected happens. And Iordache's medal count does not accurately reflect her talent, I hope she is rewarded at these championships.
At a previous competition she was throwing a full in pike as her last pass. She'll likely upgrade for finals - I just hope she swaps the full in pike to second pass and full in tuck to last pass.
her only problems are the Memmel and the Gomez, I wonder why she tries to compete them, she should perform a triple spin into Popa and put back her Bulimar
Why is everyone bypassing subdivision 9 and Italy? They finished ahead of Romania. Can you please upload Ferrari's and Fasana's FX? They made the FX final, I think they're worth watching.
Gabriela Guimarães yeah she got injured at the end of 2013 but is now coming back, she'll be competing at an intenational competition in Switzerland in December and already competed at national level at the beginning of September, but she only had beam ready at that time.. :)
Just my opinion, no attacks please...I am all for USA: I say Mustafina may be in the mix for third...she always has some very smart tricks up her sleeve...just saying, you can never count her out! She is one who doesn't always "show all her cards" so to speak, until it really counts. Skinner gets dinged so much on her E score...and here is Musty doing only 3 tumbling passes and multiple turns/spins to earn her final-worthy score...she really is a genius! : )
Sarah Halverson I would agree with you on Simone, but I think that Iordache won't be 2nd, she really hit all her passes here (not the turns) and you can easily deduct more from them if she has too much power and doesn't land like she did here. For me 2nd place is Mustafina, she didn't really hit in qualifications and she can upgrade again if she feels the need to and on top of that she's always better in event finals than in qualifications. Iordache/Skiner will be 3rd
Mustafina qualified second AA with out bringing her A game to the bars or on Floor....she is pacing herself for the week, team, AA and three Event Finals...
So glad this is a peaceful conversation with different opinions. I love how Larissa doesn't take much time in between the passes and also her landings were spot on. Also think Biles takes the gold.
***** The very expectation that she is certain for the gold is a huge pressure on her, she has to be flawless. It is not hers until she earns it. Remember in London how Jordyn Weiber and Mykayla Maroney were big favourites and Aliya Mustafina was not expected to do well, due to recovery from injury, yet she is an Olympic Champion and is still at the top and has been there for four years and she is still qualified in 2nd for AA, plus three event finals. Biles has the Team competition first which also carries the weight of expectation of gold, woe betide them losing to China or Russia in the US media...Mustafina could win silver AA yet still win on bars, with a much upgraded routine.
Great landings but I noticed that she lands them all with her chest close to the ground except the triple twist. How much of a deduction is that compared to steps?
***** didn't say all. said all but the triple twist. she had low chest landings at ROM nationals as well. not saying i don't like the routine just seems like if you want to nitpick between her and simone, here's a difference.
Can someone please explain to me the difference between a full-in and a double double? I've watched both of her first tumbling passes many many times, but I honestly can't tell the difference between them!
A full in is a double somersault where your body twists completely 360 degrees in the first flip, then goes straight backwards in the second flip. Catalina Ponor's full ins are good to explain the concept. A double pike is a double somersault with straight legs forming a 90 degree angle or less in the hip. However, Larisa's first pass is a double twisting double back. Her last pass is a double pike here and she changed it to a piked full in for the AA and event final.
Best she has ever performed this routine. I felt the emotions behind it. She literally carried Romania on her back
She is gracefull. She can dance. When you watch her gymnastic seems to be easy. Her movements are flowing. This is artistic gymnastic indeed.
Gymnasmic
yes...i would love that too. i hope she stays healthy
Gymnasmic Afan for 2015 World Floor silver!
+TheGymSavant It'll be hard with Aly and Simone; if they don't go 1-2 in some order, I'll be quite surprised.
I have my hopes up for Afanasyeva - 6.4 difficulty and clean. She will probably go ahead of raisman if they both go clean.
Larisa is a bundle of energy - no time to rest in this routine and the choreography is great, really suits her and the musicality is excellent.
I just LOVE and adore her gymnastics. As much as I appreciate Simone's power, as a former ballet dancer I wish she would take the gold on floor.
God, I hope she medals on floor! This was a joy to watch, and I absolutely adore this routine! Go, Larisa! Hai, România!
Larisa is a ball of sunshine!
ABSOLUTLY...........SHE IS MARVELLOUS
Doamne, cat de frumos! Aveam senzatia ca zboara, ca e cel mai modelabil corp din lume. Atata gratie, flexibilitate, eleganta. Bravo Larisa, esti campioana noastra.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Love this gymnast!!! Absolutely love her technique. If she keeps this up, she will def earn herself a spot on the podium in Rio.
Certainly she willlll
She did amazing floor routine ! She's the best!
Very expressive and full of energy. You don't see her run out of steam like the rest.
One of my favorite FX routines!
You can see it in that brilliant smile she knows she's got this! Love her gymnastics! I'm very happy she ended up on the podium! (It was great when the bee was swarming and biles Ross and Larissa all huddled in the 1st place spot! Best podium moment ever!!)
Wow, Larisa, ce interpretare, ce exercitiu, câtă emoție.Cel mai frumos, expresiv și armonios exercițiu la sol al Larisei. Grație, eleganță și stil!🏅
this will always be one of my favourite floor routines
I do like Biles and I know this is wishful thinking but, god do I want Larisa to take the gold for FX. She's an utter joy to watch.
Her dancing is great, but someone can be the most talented dancer ever and make you not feel this. When you watch her you can really tell that she loves what she is doing, and she knows hot to put on a performance.
I really like her a lot. She has beautiful technique and artistry
One of my favorite floor routines of the 2013-16 quad
Definitely one of my favorite floors from this quad!
Super Larisa!!! Go for Gold!!!
I LOVE HER!!
Look at that smile! Go Larisa!
if she can do cleaner spin on 2nd one, she deserves gold. =)
i've been watching gymnastics for a while.. noticed judges were so hard on her scores most of the time. Hope she goes home smiling this year! GO get em Larisa!
Larisa 's smile is a D6.8 :-)))
she s running for podium together with Biles Ferrari
If she hit her turns in Finale and change her double pike into a pike full in...she can beat Biles. I love her smile the whole routine...nobody does it :)

Joann Hilton That smile can be annoying, it was annoying with Mary Lou Retton too..
Non of the Americans can be marvelous as Larisa Iordache is... She's a pure gymnast not a bodybuilder
You are crap, running down American talent on FX
I love this music
She's the best on the floor. From Italy 🇮🇹😘
Super !Larisa Iordache.❤
Ugh I miss her. Her energy, her landings, everything was perfect!!
Best landings in last years for larisa! Go girl!
Larisa is great.bafta in continuare.
tears of joy guys... so beautiful!
My favorite Gymnast and im American.lol
BRILLIANT!
Beautiful performance!!
For me, the best routine eveeeeer.

***** i think it's either the memmel or gomez that got downgraded, not both.
ESPECTACULAR!!
Wonderful
Romania needs five Larisas
Larisa is excellent quality to Floor Exercise Routine Final.
loved her since london
I hope she returns soon
She is training for a place in the Olympics via the European Championship 2020
@@MrCARRIVERO But to be honest I have a huge feeling that Tokyo Olympics will never happen...
They could require masks & stay 6 feet apart.
@@EmilyS1234 I know that's very sad
j'adore larisa iordache elle est trop forte
I will never not love her opening pass
We were happy but we didn't know it
nice job
That's insane!
superb!!!
this performance in AA could have got her her gold... =[ Honestly should have got higher score on her vault too..
Please upload some videos of Italy!!
At a previous competition she was throwing a full in pike as her last pass. She'll likely upgrade for finals - I just hope she swaps the full in pike to second pass and full in tuck to last pass.

Soledad Ferrer yes she has.. yes she competed the bulimar I think in 2013 or 2014 euros
So, has she been the closest someone has been from beating Simone in an All Around contention? (Since that time Katelyn beat her)
Aiyla jest SUPER!
Why is everyone bypassing subdivision 9 and Italy? They finished ahead of Romania. Can you please upload Ferrari's and Fasana's FX? They made the FX final, I think they're worth watching.
I saw Ferrari's routines on the FIG Channel
Nordica Taylor yeah but what about Fasana?
MrRik458 Don't know. Was just trying to help.
Vanessa was a joy to watch as well, wow! She rocked the floor!
But... Why isn't Carlotta Ferlito competing? Is she injured or something? Anyone?
Gabriela Guimarães yeah she got injured at the end of 2013 but is now coming back, she'll be competing at an intenational competition in Switzerland in December and already competed at national level at the beginning of September, but she only had beam ready at that time.. :)
BOOM! nice :)
Simone:gold
Iordache:silver
Skinner(if she hits):Bronze(:

perfect
Nice 👍
Great landings but I noticed that she lands them all with her chest close to the ground except the triple twist. How much of a deduction is that compared to steps?
I am no expert but if I had to guess....3 tenths? Someone correct me if I am wrong. Small steps are 1 tenth and shoulder width or greater 3 tenths.
***** didn't say all. said all but the triple twist. she had low chest landings at ROM nationals as well. not saying i don't like the routine just seems like if you want to nitpick between her and simone, here's a difference.

Full-in is two somersaults with a full twist, while a double double has two somersaults and two twists.
I wish they changed their routine every year :'(
What is the title of this song
such a pity larisa doesnt have a really massive difficulty but i would give at least 8.900 of execution!! impressive landings!!!
???
She has the third highest difficulty in the world ...
6 .2 start value....sorry I was the choreographer....
Someone has the beam video?
Score?
14.933 (6.2/8.733)
Only 8.733? She deserved 9.00 or more
Should've been a 9.050 or 9.100
she lands with her chest down :(
That alot pressure on her to hit.
She downgraded her last pass from the full-in pike it will undoubtedly be in EFs if she's serious about the gold.
Holy…
She needs to fix the memmel & gomez turn. Mustafina's is way better than her
this is the bounciest choreography ever
And I love it.
I believe its all that energy! Even her beam is white bouncy. But she pulls it off well and she's awesome!
Bulimar whas injured in a accident!
...? What is wrong with her spinning, her hesitation really takes me out of the routine.
Love you Larisa but the choreo...
I don't like any of the fast current routines.
She will never touch Simone, nice try though
