Homeless Teen Charged with Murder of University of Texas Freshman

The 17-year-old arrested on Friday morning has been charged with the murder of a student at the University of Texas at Austin. He was identified as Meechaiel Criner and was living in a homeless shelter. Police say he had several items belonging to 18-year-old freshman dance student Haruka Weiser. Austin Police Chief Art Acevedo said at a press conference, "We are very certain that the suspect we have in custody is the suspect responsible for the murder of this beautiful young woman." #InsideEdition
