She beat an exhausted Goku SSB kaioken. Goku SSB Kaioken briefly surpassed Zamasu Fusion, but couldn't finish him.
I think she compares to fusion Zamasu power-wise but loses due to his immortality and godly techniques.

Goku using Kaioken was only able to kickZamasu to the ground. That's it. Also Exhausted Goku is far weaker than the one Zamasu faced.

@@jamainegardner4193 both Goku’s were exhausted. The Goku black arc one was barely conscious after using kaioken and fell to the ground. Also he just used a full power kamehameha. Merged Zamasu isn’t actually that strong either. Toriyama and the manga writer said 2 super saiyan blues were enough to defeat him, it’s just the immortality getting in the way.

@@hotrodthe1 he is actually based on the evidence he was cocky and heavily surpressed against 2 blues however the time ring he had was boosting his power to become stronger when he fully merge but the thing is merge zamazu was 400 times stronger then 2 blues at full power but he was heavily surpressed against goku and vegeta and trunks so vegito blue pushes him to use his full power beyond limits while in his currupted state causing him to become slightly more powerful then oman 2 but goku ssbkkx 20 and vegeta ssbe against jiren full power in the simi finals were vastly stronger then oman 2 and eqaul to merge zamazu currupted form that struggle against heavily surpressed vegito blue

​@@ryder4200 Kefla SSJ literalmente tiene mayor ki del que Goku juntó con la Genki-dama cuando usó el Kaioken x20 en Blue contra Jiren, dicho por Whis, y en SSJ 2 es más de 2 veces superior ya que siguió aumentando su fuerza, por ello se necesitó el ultra instinto señal para vencerla, y con su ataque final incluso pone en apuros al ultra instinto señal de Goku, aunque no lo supera.
Goku SSJ dios no hubiese sido capaz de soportar tanto contra Goku ultra instinto señal, y de hecho Goku Blue aún con el Kaioken x20, tampoco.

Kefla base terminó siendo muy superior a Goku SSJ dios del torneo, Kefla SSJ 2 es comparable a Vegetto SSJ 2 de la saga de Black, quizás superior, pero evidentemente Zamasu es muchísimo más poderoso y además tiene un cuerpo inmortal con los Zenkais de Goku Black, solamente Kefla podría vencerlo si tiene tiempo para seguir aumentando su poder, ya que en casi 2 minutos lo aumentó tanto como les dije, en menos tiempo podría alcanzar la fase 3, y con más tiempo puede que quedase en medio de Vegetto SSJ 3 y SSJ dios, aunque Zamas debería ser muy gentil para que ella aumente tanto su poder al punto de superarlo, y obviamente Zamasu de gentil no tiene nada, además que como dije él también tiene sus Zenkais y encima es inmortal, Kefla simplemente no tiene oportunidad de ganar.
