Arlecchino's design really reminds me to Ozen from Made in Abyss, and seeing how both of them are characterised as being brutal and ruthless children's mentors, I doubt this is a coincidence.
Though it is weird for me to see an entrance of a harbinger without a cutscene, I must say this was absolutely done well and may be the best one so far in my opinion(no cutscene). Arlecchino’s elegance is just sublime and the way she handled the situation was amazing.

The fact that I was so invested and involved throughout the entire cutscene despite how little actual interactivity there was speaks volume about how brilliant this game’s thematic elements are. Like, objectively speaking, Genshin’s story is painfully mediocre and only really good in the context of it being a video game story with more depth than your average triple AAA game, but in regards to concept and lore, the game is truly beautiful and worth reading into just to see what the developers do with such a rich world home to such ingenious concepts.
