At first I was just going to look at the card without watching the video and not concern myself with taking the time to watch it. Am I ever glad I took that time. I watched the whole thing and fell in love with the technique. Easy enough for a beginner (omit the thumping if necessary and maybe the button) and challenging enough for an advanced customer who will use their imagination and add to it or change it in amazing amazing ways. Thank you for inspiring me to take the time to learn. You're wonderful and I have loved your work for years.
All three are just gorgeous, Gina! I loved the 1st one than you demonstrated, then I loved the Sweet Mango one, but then the Lovely Lavender one ... just can't decide! Love the punch of black ribbon and matting and the shadow behind the greeting! Stunning! All 3!!
Lovely cards. I love purple but my favourite is the orange one. I like to do what you did here: use the same elements but play with various layouts. I always enjoy your videos: so clear, calm & professional. I reserve yours to enjoy with my after dinner coffee :)
You don't often see anyone huffing, but that's how I learned to stamp back in the early 1980's. Maybe the inks dried faster? I also used to draw right on the stamps with different colored watercolor pens, so we had to re-activate the earlier colors.
Love all three cards Gina...but how the heck do you line up cards off the table!! I have to line mine up with my grid paper...must be lots of practice! TFS
So pretty! I don't have any water based markers, only some Copics and some Spectrum Noirs. Will this still work or do I need new markers/inkpads? The majority of my inkpads are CTMH.
These cards are simply beautiful. I have a question, I am thinking of purchasing the Misti Stamping Tool and not sure which size to get, I am wondering if the Memory extra large one might be too big? Any advice or insight will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Hi ~ I have both, the original and the mini MISTIs. If you're "only" going to purchase 1, I agree with Gina K. The mini is great for cards but if you have a larger stamp, it just won't fit. I scrapbook and if I did purchase the large one, that's what I'd use it for....it really is BIG! The MISTI has been a game changer for me for restamping especially. Good luck and have fun!!

Beautiful! I love the look of added dimension you get by thumping the darker color in.

Amazing,
These cards are simply beautiful. I have a question, I am thinking of purchasing the Misti Stamping Tool and not sure which size to get, I am wondering if the Memory extra large one might be too big? Any advice or insight will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
If you're a card maker, I think the original is the perfect size. The memory is great, but huge!
+StampTV Thank You so much for your help. ...you inspire me with every tutorial you create....thank you for taking the time to answer my question.
