You guys are great. I wish I had support like this to start my van journey.
Don't add wood filler to already painted wood. Use spackle from Sherwin-Williams. Its what the pros use for painting. That stuff is just magic and it lasts forever, just add a little water and mix it well and you can keep tub for a couple of years. I say this with experience. That filler doesn't have the right sheen to it when its sanded. So you wind up sanding and painting. Spackle is much more forgiving and easy to clean up.

You guys make great videos. I especially appreciate the soundtrack. It is so much better than the sound file loops many other creators use.
What a rewarding opportunity! You never cease to amaze us with your builds.
Also, don't buy your metal for these builds at menards/home depot/lowes. Make sure to go to metal supplier. You can get just about anything you want, and they will cut it for you too. It usually like a buck a cut or something like that. It is really handy for getting a big stick cut to exact length so its easier to transport than a 20ft stick of alum lol. And the prices are WAY CHEAPER! Plus you can browse the scrap bin!!

80/20 is expensive. Just do aluminum bar stock, and small tig welder. It would cut the weight of that part in half and it would be an order of magnitude more rigid and the cost on that part went down drastically. Those extruded aluminum tubes are hella expensive.

I like traveling...
I'm surprised that they didn't go with a box boxvan for the build. It has so much more room.
They wanted a newer vehicle they could really rely on!
What is a travelling nursing home? A nursing home in Australia is where the frail and infirm move into when they can no longer perform adequate self care at home. Is this going to be a smaller version of that?
Or is it a home for travelling nurses? 😁
