Great work! Thanks for taking the time to detail how you get such crisp edges between colors (5:55). I notice you seem to hand brush the edge that's about to get trimmed towards the edge, that's good to take note of. I sent an email asking about this last week and was stoked to see the question answered in this video.
Love your content man! For tight line work, you run a single string instead of two? I've been having trouble with that, along with separation between colors when I go to trim section outlines.
Hello friend, I love your work and I have a question, how long can a job like this take? Because I notice that you spend a lot of time on the details. Thank you, I hope you continue with your videos, they help me a lot to improve.
i am just waiting for my last stuff before i start tufting rugs and my son just come in while i was watching this and he asked if i could make him this for his bed room . 😳 i better learn fast . great looking rug
I usually glue and let it dry overnight. But I’m pretty sure it’s dry enough to apply the backing after a few hours. Some people put backing on while it’s still a little wet to avoid using spray adhesive
I bought a cut pile from amazon but every machine on there is different. I even purchased from the same seller as my current machine and there were a lot of differences between the two. It's a gamble getting a machine I'm comfortable, but amazon has a good return policy so I'll just send it back and try again :)
@@sclass_supply i think the one you returned is the one i have always used! it looks like exactly the same gun and makes the same sound during tufting. i didnt realize the 'feel' of the different guns would be noticeable until you brought it up in this video! ill have to try another one in the future and see the difference myself :) thanks for mentioning that part
Definitely continue to make these longer format videos it’s dope to see your process!
Always a well of knowledge. Love to see a full in depth BTS. Keep em comin!
I loved that game as a kid. Super cool rug 💯
Excellent video! Love how this rug came out. Quite handy having a balcony with sun that hits it!
AWESOME...YOU DID THAT!!!!

best rug i've ever seen
Can we talk about that NGE rug you did on the same board? That thing looked fire when you were gluing.

I always use two. One strand would most likely fall out after trimming
