Helping the NCR retake the Correctional Facility

I didn't know you can do this, always clear the entire prison by myself on very hard with hardcore mode on xD

Yeah because most people end up being vilified after Goodsprings attack. But if you let NPCs take care of them you maintain just enough reputation to be able to speak with Powder Gangers at the prison and start this quest

You can also just leave the goodspring gunfight for later.

Or... You can steal Joe cobb's uniform so you can disguise yourself and the get the quests

This mission alone is better than Fallout 4. Nothing like this in the game. I love Fallout NV so much. Only game I have continued to play since 2010
