ANSYS Fluent Tutorial - Flow Over a Cylinder

Isnt 10 m/s over a 30mm Cylinder like 300 000 Reynolds? That wouldnt be Laminar... so this wouldnt have much sense. Am I wrong?

hi how i can import a data file of inlet vemocity in fluent
