I I used to have severe anxiety issues especially in social settings and also with women and now I am feeling like talking about some other person. Rolling into the 10th month (longest ever streak). Now is second nature, I don't think about it. Its an automatic insanely good habit etc. I've the reiki master course next week, hired a personal trainer (2nd best decision of my life). Level headed, healthy interactions with others, fresh positive outlook of everything. They may have everything on the physical: all the money, all the women, the looks. But don't ever be fooled by that! Mostly they lack a deeper connection with themselves and because they lack that they also lack that deeper connection with everything around them. What do all these physical things even mean when you are disconnected?
You have to have the experience in order to make a statement about this. Believing people that obviously did not have the experience makes your perspectives very small. Everytime someone makes your perspectives smaller and you believe it absence and scarcity is created.

Keep Practice it try longer and longer till u dont need it anymore hard in the beginning but it gets easier i did for 12 years and always when i relapsed i felt like crap depressed cant look women in the eyes get anxiety all kind off feelings insane negative side effects not everyone gets side effects that extreme but thats why i quit in the first place why would u do something that only has negative effects on ur mind and body alot of people struggle with it sadly.
