Thymoma is a tumour, which arises in the thymus gland. This gland is situated behind the breast bone just in front of the heart. The way to confirm diagnosis is C.T Scan which not only tells the size but also the stage of the disease.

Fine needle? That would make it super hard to diagnose. These things are very heterogenous and need IHC stains. I just got cores for one, hopefully that wasn't a terrible idea!
Can you feel the thymus gland? I can. I have shortness of breath. A swelling on my right side cheek and lymph nodes. Large blue veins in breast area along with ice cold skin from mid chest up. Been told it’s just middle age. Given albuterol to help with breathing.

Second one which caused me to rush to ER: droopy eyelid (left)
Continuous symptoms: fatigue, slurred speech, constricting muscles and face muscles but all go away after I satisfy my hunger.
