This style of Mercer looks very much like the same model they made miniatures for, to use as Mr. Toad of Toad Hall's green motorcar, "Toad 1 " from Cosgrove Hall's stop motion animated film version of "The Wind in the Willows."
What did it sell for I wonder. No idea really. More or less than a million? You can get killer stuff for less if anything is killer to this. Same same but different I think. Portola, Stoddard, Simplex. Groovie stuff. Thanks you from a fellow junker person, hahahah.
Driving a car of any time and condition, a wonderful experience of emotion and freedom.
I had a 1921 Cunningham roadster. I appreciate what you said about your Mercer.
WHat a beautiful car, my dream vintage car is the 35R. I'm sure I'm not alone.
