Very motivating and inspiring, in juggles, try to make your foot light when the ball bounces on your foot, try controlling the ball from air and use ankle weights when you practice dribbling, after you take them off, you will feel lighter and faster.
when you do that drill use both of your feet, even if it feels weird you have to get used to it. and if you have a wall to kick on Just practice your weak foot
Try to not kick the ball but push the ball. Sort of dragging it in front of you. This will keep the ball closer. I really like your videos, they are really motivating and after a long brake I will play in a club again thanks to you. Keep it up man. 👍
Nice progress bro, but I think you are not comfortable with the ball...you should feel like the ball is a part of you and protect it with everything you have...Happy seeing you progress !!
@@saudrafiq2573 Yeah I’m not comfortable with the ball yet, but it is getting better. This is a long road so it’ll be a while until I see massive improvement. I’ll keep training!
Keep up the good work!!!

@darkdino69 I appreciate the feedback, and thank you for your words. Glad I can motivate you!
Give a little backspin to the ball when you drop it to the ground. That way the ball will remain close to your body
@@SH-1518 Thanks I’ll try it out!
