I really like Grace’s videos. As someone recovering from an eating disorder, I find myself getting caught in comparing myself to these “what I eat in a day” videos. Most are super healthy and all kind of the same. Especially the vegan ones. Everyone is hoping on the lots of low calorie dense food, low fat train and I feel compelled to do the same. Seeing someone eat like 1/2 of the recommended daily intake is so triggering in a way that I can’t really explain
Girl same, food videos can have such a strange affect on me after my eating disorder that can feel triggering, it hold’s a different fascination for people who have issues with food and control. Like the unrealistic ‘what I eat in a day’ and ‘mukbangs’ can be very triggering at the same time, even if overall we enjoy watching the videos and clicking!

I think you shouldn't force yourself to eat/drink anything you don't want to when you're following other people's "what I eat in a day". Just like you substitute dairy, I think you should cut out coffee since you don't like it, or substitute it with another hot beverage of your choice. xx

She wants to have exactly what the person had in the original video with the exception of hurting her body (dairy). It adds to the entertainment and actually allows her to properly judge that persons day. She went to the effort of tracking down the exact expensive yoghurt, she’s gonna drink the coffee

That's so sad...I can get them for less than 1$ in the US But then again alot of our produce is sketchy and I often wonder what's done to them, so then if you want to try and be cautious you pay a little more for organic lol
I think her calorie count is low and that’s why she drinks so much coffee. I don’t believe all in moderation is the way or in deprivation. Eat abundantly healthy and keep coffee and treats in moderation. Anna still follows a strict diet. Just because she’s not veggie or vegan doesn’t mean she doesn’t restrict. She restricts calories.
Well to be honest, I don't find that she restricts herself of calories, because she does also say she believes everything in moderation, which includes junk food. As a regular viewer of the Sacconejolys, Anna has a range of foods, both healthy and unhealthy, and eats what she wants (which we all should do!), because on the weekends, she eats in a more relaxed way (e.g. pancakes & takeaways etc.)

I just wanna offer a different perspective on the ''everything in moderation''....this is not a realistic approach for all people especially if you have food addiction where if you have 1 crisp you need to eat the whole bag. So it's better to not eat stuff like that at all. Not everyone has a healthy relationship with food like you do. We all wish we did and that is why watching you is so fun...seeing someone not have any issues around food is so relaxing to watch.

Awesome video! I've always wanted to try to do Anna's day for me and see how I do! lol - She's the reason I've taken up evening snacks lol... My large 'bottom' thanks her ;) Anyway - Quick questions: Why choose a day from 2016? She is a "porridge every morning" gal. She went off it for a snip back then and then back on. Also, something to consider for the more recent videos: the family, her meals are sometimes easy (not always). Like casseroles, or chicken pot pies or meat and rice for dinner. I'd love to see you switch out her coffee for some frothed milk with tea or better yet: frothed milk with hot chocolate or something. You would probably love it! And then wouldn't be kept up all night from the caffeine. OH and yes - their food is fancy. I'm in Canada. Where I live, in particular, there aren't fancy grocery stores. I would have a very difficult time finding everything organic if I tried. Would probably have to order off Amazon or something. Anyway, thank you for this video! I'm so glad to have found you! Everyone does eat different. Thank you. Because so many people criticize peoples eating habits. I have digestive issues and hypothyroidism, I cant eat a lot of calories so i eat a lot of food that is decent in calories and can be a large portion, like chicken salad, water based fruit and veg, only certain kinds of dairy, I dont drink my calories ever. I dont drink soda, I dont drink flavored coffees. I personally cannot stomach a lot of sugar. But I am ALWAYS craving salt, which is find because I have hypo tension which means my blood pressue dips too low and can send me into cardiac arrest. I salt everything, even pre salted things. I dont have a water retention issue. Because of my hypotension I cant stand too long without getting dizzy, I get dehydrated fast and have to constantly drink water, which everyone thinks is weird bc I only drink it at room temp or warmer. I drink caffeine to keep energy during the day because it can dwindle very fast. I eat low carb because carbs put me to sleep almost instantly. I get so.much hate for following a low carb higher protein diet. I also have to eat fruit first thing the morning if I want fruit or I get burps that taste fermented and i feel ill, I also cannot eat high amounts of grease or fat while pregnant or i get sick. For all these reasons I eat a low carb, lean protein, lean fat, mostly dairy free and mostly grain free diet. Had my metabolism examined, I can only burn around 850 to 900 calories a day being slightly active, mostly sedentary...too much moving makes my heart beat irregular. But i've still.managed to lose weight.

OH and yes - their food is fancy. I'm in Canada. Where I live, in particular, there aren't fancy grocery stores. I would have a very difficult time finding everything organic if I tried. Would probably have to order off Amazon or something.

Everyone does eat different. Thank you. Because so many people criticize peoples eating habits. I have digestive issues and hypothyroidism, I cant eat a lot of calories so i eat a lot of food that is decent in calories and can be a large portion, like chicken salad, water based fruit and veg, only certain kinds of dairy, I dont drink my calories ever. I dont drink soda, I dont drink flavored coffees. I personally cannot stomach a lot of sugar. But I am ALWAYS craving salt, which is find because I have hypo tension which means my blood pressue dips too low and can send me into cardiac arrest. I salt everything, even pre salted things. I dont have a water retention issue. Because of my hypotension I cant stand too long without getting dizzy, I get dehydrated fast and have to constantly drink water, which everyone thinks is weird bc I only drink it at room temp or warmer. I drink caffeine to keep energy during the day because it can dwindle very fast. I eat low carb because carbs put me to sleep almost instantly. I get so.much hate for following a low carb higher protein diet. I also have to eat fruit first thing the morning if I want fruit or I get burps that taste fermented and i feel ill, I also cannot eat high amounts of grease or fat while pregnant or i get sick. For all these reasons I eat a low carb, lean protein, lean fat, mostly dairy free and mostly grain free diet. Had my metabolism examined, I can only burn around 850 to 900 calories a day being slightly active, mostly sedentary...too much moving makes my heart beat irregular. But i've still.managed to lose weight.
