So much to see and hear. I liked when it hit 3:04 min into the video and seeing 4 loco's at the end pushing west. The ending was great too! Thank you for sharing this.
plus on my way 2 Florida on amtrak i saw alot of UPs CSX and NS are very common in Florida so in some junctions its sorta common for them 2 get hooked with CSX or NS that could run up 2 horseshoe curve on Boston
Man oh man i miss the Blue!!! ns SUCKS!!! I know, i work around them as a contractor. The railroaders are great, it's management... They spend 6 months training the men and women and 30 years trying to fire them...
your right on conrail dying, i model conrail as well, so at lives on that way, and there's mircrosoft train sim, i have a ton of conrail engines and cars for train sim, all unpatched and still pure conrail:)
ik that but i think UP runs into the end of the CSX line so CSX must pickup UPs every now and then... but i wish i lived on the west so i could get further into it touhgh..

That was shot in Johnstown, PA. The train is headed east, towards Horseshoe. The video was taken from the top of the Inclined Plane.
Nice video! Makes me wish NS and CSX didn't go through a popularity contest to buy Conrail.
Wow that old classic & video! I love old classic conrail quality :)! So I have give you got STAR 5 RATING!
Home sweet home ❤
Nothing like the good old days of pure blue power!
