Looks good but I was thinking of instead of pineapple I was thinking of peach instead myb fresh ones
I learned to cook, because every woman I have known doesn't cook, I have to teach them, I am pretty good at it, I can make everything, there is nothing like cooking, putting everything together, and the smell in the house, wow, the best air freshener you can have! Love cooking and eating , feel sorry for the people that live off fast food garbage

No, this recipe isn't in one of my cookbooks.
BE AWARE...If you're using Betty Crocker cake mix they shrank the size again! 😡They're now 14.25 ounces; the others are all still 15.25 ounces.
It's crazy raise the price shrink the amount.

Warning, "Betty Crocker" has shrunk the number of ounces in the cake mix without updating pan size or cooking time. I just made one to take to a work potluck and something looked wrong, but I couldn't quite figure it out at first. Grrr.....
I thought it was smaller, but I wasn't sure.

It's in a cookbook we found when we were in Tennessee antique shopping.
I totally messed up this recipe, cause I used my memory to buy the ingredients Lol- but the frosting was so delicious, no one cared ! I would use that frosting for a fruit salad!! 😊

This looks delicious but some of my family has pineapple allergies , could you use an immersion blender on a can of peaches in syrup turning them into crushed and use that in the topping?
I've never tried that but sounds yummy.
