The thing that helps me with migraines (that are usually period related) is Advil migraines or a medicine that we have in Brazil called dorflex. Also having the room dark helps and stretching helps sometimes not completely but gives a small relief
thanks, very interesting ! and what about NSAI ? in first line, I usually use : paracetamol + metoclopramide + clorazepate in most of the cases it's enough. A first-line treatment that will be administered to most patients should be as safe as possible.
