Hi Andi! What an amazing sale! I collect globes and have two of the tiny ones like you found! I also thrifted the JOY brass candlesticks in a pair and they sold in my booth for Christmas! TFS! Happy weekend! 💓💓💓
So glad to hear your surgery is done and you have recovered. You have been missed. Love all the brass and the candle holders you got. So pretty! I had the world bank growing up. Love ❤it!
Hi Andi! I'm watching this video months after you filmed it, but I would love to know how you eliminate odors from your finds. I also cannot tolerate fragrances and it's so rare to hear of other people with this issue. I get terrible headaches from perfume, candles, laundry products, etc. As a fellow vintage lover, I need your knowledge! Love, love your channel!
I use a lot of tea tree oil, baking soda, charcoal packets and sunlight/fresh air. Usually some or all of these will reduce the odor a ton. I also try and sniff things before I buy them. Looks weird but keeps me from having to redonate something back.
It depends on the odor and item. I usually use charcoal packets, baking soda or tea tree oil to get the smells out. Usually if you put the item in a sealed bag with one or more of those things the smell is absorbed.
I can’t believe I have seen any of your videos before! Love the dala horse and the panther!
Thank you!! I really want to keep the panther now that I have it in my studio space... ;)

Great finds, I don’t buy anything that smells😢😮! Do you have a video on getting smells out
I'm planning to do a cleaning one soon!
Love these finds. Happy holidays to you.
Same to you! Thanks for watching!
What is ur procedure for getting the smells out ?
It depends on the odor and item. I usually use charcoal packets, baking soda or tea tree oil to get the smells out. Usually if you put the item in a sealed bag with one or more of those things the smell is absorbed.
How do you clean brass?
I use white vinegar and Bon Ami. Both are natural and work very well.
