i love this camera, quality of photo, video and sounds is great. i tested it out at target. it can auto focus, which is the one of the things that i always look for. i'd say it is as good as the big cameras.
How well does it do for like say...Out Door Concerts and Festivals? I currently use a Nikon DSLR but I dare not risk using it in the middle of a Mosh pit or while Im in a heavly crowded area.
PLease help!!! Is it possible to set FLASH in thes camera so it will stay ON all the time ?? Everytime I close the camera flash goes off and pictures dont look so good without flash..
Does it have a subsequent model? S02 maybe or something? I really liked it but for me is a big deal the fact that it doesn't have tripod compatibility :/ or is there any?
cute camera, I have an unrelated question, if you shot video on a 5D3 at 24fps and you shot using something else at 30fps, is there any problem editing them together in Post, if you mixed the 120 fps down to 24fps you have slow motion, but I don't want the 30fps to be slower if edited with the 24fps, also if I used a go pro 3 and shot at 4k or 2.7k i think it is, can I mix that footage with the HD footage in Post, and is it simple to do or not, do you recommend an editing program to make it easy
If anybody's looking for a very small camera & isn't interested in investing in a smartphone or a travel zoom or higher capability digital camera, & just wants essentially knock-around operation, this sounds like a good choice if it's competitively priced. It has a smaller than average basic-sized sensor, an average sized w/ vintage resolution (although cheaper), resistive touchscreen, w/ no WB controls, but includes exposure compensation w/ a lens that should produce decent daylight pictures.
Please Adorama, whenever you speak of measurements, put a ticker or something, "converting" it to the metric system. Hate that i have to go to google each time weight or height is mentioned.
youtube has a way of degrading video quality, for examples, ive recorded video in Full HD, 1080p, during editing it was crisp clear and so was the finished file, but after uploading to youtube, it lost quality and clearness, i would say that youtube degraded a 1080p file to a 720p file. but its funny how youtube upgrade low-res video, like they are focused on hosting HD content, even though the raw file is not HD

AND A BLACK LINE ACROSS NEAR TOP OF SCREEN I PULLED BATTERY AND MINI CARD AND PUT THEM BACK IN I QUESS IT'S LIKE A REBOOT YOU HAVE TO UNSCREW THE COVERS TO GET TO CARD & BATTERY THERE'S ONLY 3 MICRO SCREWS NOW IT WORKS FINE X SO FAR
well i suppose it's somewhat better then a camera on a phone, but if you are already taking a good camera phone with you then it's kinda pointless. Oh and those shots were and are soft, it seems cheap Nikon cameras suffer from this, my friend has a L25 or L26 at 8MPx and they are always soft

The photos were not soft in camera... files are reduced drastically by RUclips

For a small on go camera I think it does the trick and the cost is not bad at all. My wife loves it.

All the pics look really soft. Not just soft, really soft; even at 720p. Did the upload severely degrade the image quality?

Too little features in my opinion. No 1080p video? Come on. That is like standard on all cameras these days.
