Cat meat is more of a white meat like chicken, but stringier. Turtle meat has the texture of chicken but a bit juicier or fattier. Bat meat is pretty similar to chicken as well, just tougher. Rat meat taste just like chicken. Snake meat is similar to alligator and frog legs.

We eat cows, goats, sheep, chicken, all assortments of fish, and god knows how many other types of animals. So what makes an alligator so special. Meat is meat. Fish is fish. It doesn't matter what it came from, it is all food. Just because you personally wouldn't eat it, like I wouldn't eat alligator, doesn't mean that it is cruel, or unusual just because you aren't used to it. Yeah, I feel bad and sickened by some of the places that rear the animals for slaughter. But most of them aren't like that. Most of them raise them with love and care, and give them a good life until they are ready. That's the way an animal for "slaughter" should be reared. We eat cows, goats, sheep, chicken, all assortments of fish, and god knows how many other types of animals. So what makes an alligator so special. Meat is meat. Fish is fish. It doesn't matter what it came from, it is all food. Just because you personally wouldn't eat it, like I wouldn't eat alligator, doesn't mean that it is cruel, or unusual just because you aren't used to it.
