I have the KPA500 and thinking about going to the KPA1500. I notice a lot of the KPA1500 for sale with blown finals. Do you know what is cause for that to happen? is it user error ?
Yes. This is a linear amplifier, so it will amplify any input signal up to the maximum level. At 2W, auto band switching might be problematic, however, so you might need to use the manual band switches.
