I’ve had that experience of “No Separation” - it is more real than the illusion of being separate person in a sea of other people. I didn’t try to make it happen, but it did happen at a meditation retreat when I least expected it-Endless bliss!! 🙏🏻

@@rabindrapanigrahi5423 Peak experiences do not stay but they are a gift from the Self. As long as I practice “quiet mind” (no thinking) There is just Presence. In Self-realization states the little self (ego) does not exist-Thus it cannot “find”enlightenment-is already there

A one percent of within yourself does believe, being here gives you a chance to connect with the Cosmos (Brhmaand as we say it in Hindi )... the one and only source of all the energies that give us everything that we deserve and desire to deserve and include in our existing life to enhance and better it as we move ahead in our lives.
