It would be interesting to see what specific compound she tested positive for and in what and in what amount it was found. I think knowing the compound can go a pretty long way in helping to understand if this was contamination or she was taking the product
Thomas Vanderplaetsen, a Belgian decathlete, also had a false positive test. It turned out to be testicular cancer. Sophie doesn’t have testicals, but perhaps there’s a different explanation.
You asked "Who rides a 39 anymore these days?" I do. I still have an older steel frame with a 52/44 on it. I get teased often for riding the climbs in the big ring, (53x21 or 53x23), when everyone else is in their small ring. Then again I weigh 63kg. A rider should choose a gear that allows them to spin at a comfortable cadence. It also depends on your current strength what gear you can spin up a climb. If you ride a 36x32 and I ride a 39x36? Good Luck in your challenge up Flagstaff.
my trainer allways tell me to get my protein and creatin from well known big brands and not to buy the cheap ones in noname suppstores. How can a procyclist make this error?
Lol, the 1 explanation they don't entertain is the most obvious: She cheated. She could have intentionally taken testosterone to gain a performance advantage, and then denied it all after getting caught. When has any athlete willingly admitted to doping as long as denial was still an option? Evan Femke van den Driessche, the female pro cyclocross racer who was the 1st cyclist ever to get busted for using an electric motor in competition, denied everything. She claimed she didn't know there was a motor in the frame. Haha.
love how they spent a min reading out the sponsor of the show reynolds carbon wheel, and the entire show the ENVE bottle is on the table
vaughters the man with the highest recorded natural hematoctrit. got a tue for it!ahaha
Yh I mean didn't mention Carapaz is riding for Ineos as well so....
And he's defending.

Sofie de Vuyst needs to borrow the Team Sky lawyers that invalidated Froome's test

JV should throw Led Zeppelin's Dazed and Confused live in for his training interval... 25mins :-)

Squirrel Jerome Chiotti is the only one I can think of
Of course that chick doped !! There isn't any accidentally did this or that to it. She doped so UCI should smoke her addict ass !-
1st thumbs up! 1st comment! thumb it up because of that!
Juan Antonio Monzón nobody cares, bruh
JV looking hott!!
If anyone was to talk about doping, Vaughters?? He lived through the Armstrong era and knows the omertà. Guess I’ll just read between all the lines.
the special products froome is taking will rush him back to superhuman form.
Open up doping and this debate goes away. Doping has changed what drugs are used, but there will always be doping.
More of the dogs please!
Don't try bringing hard cheese or cured meat into Canada though.
Steroids from GNC multivitamins? I'm in.....Dogs are cool.
Neeal
Talking about doping in sports is the most boring thing ever. Pros will dope. It's been going on since time began.
Wrong!
BOOOORRRRING...Im gonna watch a good show, like GCN
5 people and 2 did all the talking and you never introduced these people as who or what they are to cycling. I don't know any of them.
