They are funded by govt grant money in these legal attempts to start charging non-indigenous Australian citizens 'rent' and 'reparations' simply as an extra taxation. How is there less spent on healthcare for Aboriginal ppl when the healthcare is there for everyone? They're public hospitals, for everyone... The barriers are not based on race, it's based on geography, which is the case for white ppl living in remote areas too. But the inner city Aboriginal ppl have exactly the same access to healthcare, as anyone else in the city.
