You need to move the 4 Reports from the Acquisition Reports Folder to the new Report folders (SolarBot Sales Reports, Report Recycle Bin, SolarBot R&D Reports) as indicated in the step of this Superbadge, to validate the challenge. The following is the order :
1- Move Marketing's SB Lead Report for Sales, Erin's SB Opp Matrix for Sales report
at SolarBot Sales Reports folder
2- Move Potential SB Product Names for R&D at SolarBot R&D Reports
3-Move Lincoln's SolarBot Research to remove at Report Recycle Bin

Hey guys, I encountered the same problem. And I recommend you guys go back to the "public groups" step, I was missing the word "Team" in "Research Development Team", then I added the word and it worked perfectly. Hope this would help.

Delete the report type that you created (SolarBots and Status Data) with every associated reports. Freshly create the same. Issue gets resolved.

Move the reports from Acquisitions to respective folders that matches best, for. eg. Erin's SB Opp Matrix for Sales to be moved to SolarBot Sales Reports, etc.

When you "Drag" just slowly find the sweet spot when to drop. I have the same issue before I thought I can't drag and drop but I keep trying and then found it too. It should be on the edge of the borders not directly inside the tables. Cheers,
