So cute that Raina knows exactly what time it is 😂 I always love the answer to what 5 books you'd bring. The Gray's Anatomy choice was super unexpected but I can see how useful it is along with something to entertain yourself with!! I love that you pick all the functional books while I always think about fun books to (only) entertain myself with no functionality 🤣
Haha Raina knows that filming comes with treats now 😂 I would love to read your book about your adventures solving medical mysteries and rescue missions. I’m almost done with Ove as well. And of course a map would be awesome to have on the freaking island! Why didn’t I think of that?! 😂
This is a fun tag! Raina definitely has you well-trained 🤣 I've been wanting to read the Greg Isles series for a while now....maybe one day I'll get to it! Your book idea sounds great 😀
@@BeyondBooks-wt5il It's been quite awhile since I read it, but I was pretty into the story as it went on, but felt the end it just kind of petered out. Kind of disappointing.
Wonderful video! So glad you’re reading Mary Oliver. I did laugh out loud when you showed Bel Canto! 😂 This just isn’t the right time for that one. Greg Iles is definitely on my radar. Loved your responses, Reney. Hugs for Raina.
Excuse me for interrupting your chat, but I read 120+ books last year, and The Quiet Game by Iles was one of the best! It beat out Demon Copperhead!! Just throwing in my 2 cents...
Raina is no dummy! She knows how to get the treats!! I'm just starting a medical suspense by Tess Gerritsen - Bloodstream. Her Rizzoli and Isles series is a favorite, but this is the first of her medical ones for me. Have you tried her books? I tend to like the forensic ones like Reichs, Cornwell and Jefferson Bass. Whether or not I will enjoy regular doctors remains to be seen. Enjoy your reads!!
@BeyondBooks-wt5il Have you read the Jefferson Bass ones? The man who started the body farm in Knoxville partnered with a journalist to write a forensic series. They are good!!
I love your book idea!! 💕

Love the pooch, treat for a video - love it! Ah yes, I really enjoy Mary Oliver also. And I love the art, the pure indulgence, of slow reading.
Indulgence, yes! That's a great way to look at it!

@ellenmadebookclub some of those prompts really made me think. This was a good tag, but definitely not a spur of the moment one!

@amyc1752 oh, yes! I'm well-trained by Raina. The Greg Iles series is pretty good, worth the time commitment.
I thought the ending of Bell Canto spoiled the whole thing for me, so if you never finish it, it's probably for the best. 😆
@@KellyLovesBooksandMovies Really? Hhhmmmm! Now I'm curious....

Dang! I’m about to do this and I want to change a couple of my desert island answers now! 😂
One of those old Girl or Boy Scout Handbooks would be nice!🤣

@@bjminton2698 Jefferson Bass is going on my Goodreads TBR...
@BeyondBooks-wt5il They are best read in order as the characters grow from book to book. Hope you enjoy them!!
